  The rooms were superb, honestly nothing to complain about.BUT, the restaurant and the food was average i would say. This could be because we came on a weekend you know. The restaurants were very crowded and messy, making it hard for your crew to ever manage what was going on. i would suggest having time slots for people to enjoy their food because at one point it was getting overstimulated for people to even move around. Because there were so many people the food quality had dropped severely. The breakfast was actually amazing and perfect. The flamingo bar again was amazing!Thats all i have to say honestly.

  being an extended holiday, there was a huge rush in chk-in counters. but Pamali (i hope i got the name right) was cool as a cucumber. she did a very smooth and seamless job. though the formalities were lengthy, she made it look very easy. rooms were vert spacious and the facilities were *****food was 'ok' though i am not sure whether we were served with few leftovers of the previous meals.chk-out was also very convenient and once again, it was Pamali who did the needful.   Definitely need to experience this in your life time. Room was absolutely super clean. Good leisure area for kids
