  We stayed in Akrotiraki for 3 nights in October 2016. The location is great, walking distance from Mykonos town. The staff were very friendly & helpful, even when we had issues with the four-wheeler we hired. Breakfast was great. The views are beautiful. You don't need anything more.

  We were really loved our stay at the Akrotiraki Hotel. Free transport to and from port. All staff were so friendly and helpful in every way, and the room and view lovely. Our room had a beautiful terrace with a amazing view. Perfect to drink a wine and see the ligths of the city at nigth. Breakfasts were excelent (greek yogurt and honey). The hotel is in a quiet area away from the crowded city, but close enough to reach the city walking by the beach. Free Parking is a plus.George is a perfect host and gave us very good suggestions during our 3 days in Kykonos. Helped us to rente a car.....well just a perfect stay. Nothing else to say.

  We visited Akrotiraki for 4 nights in September and thoroughly enjoyed it. It's far enough away from Mykonos town that it feels like secluded, but close enough that you can walk there in 10 minutes along the beach. The breakfast good and the rooms were clean with nice views. George, the host while we were there, was incredibly helpful and laid out the best beaches to see while we were. Definitely a good hotel for the price and location.

  Perfect Accommodation, Perfect Location.

  This was my 2nd visit to Mykonos in 2 years, I love the place. The first time I visited, we stayed On the Tourlos side which was great but fancied a change this year and booked Akrotiraki which is the other side. First communication with the hotel was via email to arrange a pickup from the airport which the hotel was super helpful and arranged for us (free of charge) We Got out of the airport and was greeted by a lovely guy that took us to the hotel & arrived within 15 minutes. Our luggage was taken to our room and The welcome was perfect and smooth. And that's what this hotel is, Just simple and easy and you don't need anything more in Mykonos. We had Room 7 which was perfect and we had lovely views of the beach directly opposite. The toilet and shower was lovely, Shower power & temperature was spot on! Every morning there is breakfast with plenty of options for everyone. The hotel I would describe more as a B&B vibe, Very chilled, and quiet. The rooms certainly lean more to the basic side but they are clean, tidy, the showers are lovely, Beds comfy and in Mykonos you don't need an extravagant room as you're out most of the time. Our room was perfectly rustic. There is no pool but you are literally on the beach and there are sun loungers & a place to chill and sunbathe. I find in Mykonos you're always out and about exploring different beaches etc, We hired quad bikes which the hotel arranged and the company pick you up and drop you back, everything was easy and everyone was lovely. (You can obviously also hire a car if preferred) The Location of Akrotiraki is brilliant, you're in town In 10 minutes on foot no sweat, It was perfect for us. If you want to party it's an easy walk, and if you want to chill the surrounding area of the accommodation is quiet. Ticks all boxes. You can see the windmills & town from the hotel. Everyday our towels were replaced upon request, and the room sparkling tidy. Also the beach is nice and there is a little Greek restaurant at the end that we fell in Love with, "Joanna Nikos Place" It's an absolute must. The people that run the hotel are perfect. Giorgos is a wonderful host, every morning he was always smiling and always greeted us by name, Nothing was ever a hassle, he is a very approachable likeable warm guy as are the other members of staff. So thank you for that, we really appreciate it. I'd stay here again no doubt at all, The price & Location is very hard to beat & the staff are Lovely, Ticked all boxes.Thank you!Craig & Karina

  Peaceful with great view

  We stayed here for three nights in September and found the Reception staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. A lovely breakfast was served in a room with a stunning view down towards Mykonos Town. There are sun loungers for use if you don't want to go down to the beach which was just a few minutes walk away.We tended to get a taxi into town and back at night. The room was clean and I would recommend this accommodation.
