Avoid ! This is not 5 star . Tired and old . In middle of nowhere with no mini market or shop

    rating08 Oct 2025

Terrible experience . The hotel advertises a private kitchen but this is just a sink in a cupboard and a hot plate and micro wave. You can’t use the hotplate or microwave because there are no pans , no microwaveable cooking containers. No chopping board no knives no utensils of any description. Nothing. You are supplied with plates and cutlery for if you order food from their restaurant (pizza) . We told them we wanted to do self catering on day one and asked for things to cook with on day one. Nothing arrived until day 5 when we got two large pans and nothing else. So still couldn’t cook . No shops whatsoever at Elia beach. Hotel offered to take us to a mini market for €35 - talk about exploitation. Buses irregular and €5 round trip . Hotel offers free shuttle 3 times a day but this wasn’t running . This is essential given the location and totally unfair to just pull the service . We were told on check in that it was still running at 6pm and 9pm with a free return at 6.30 and 9.30 pm. We caught the bus into Mykonos during the day and to save money waited for the free return shuttle which didn’t turn up . We had to pay €50 taxi back a 6.30pm !! The hotel then said the shuttle had to be pre booked ! We were told the last bus was 7pm but it was actually at 6pm ! The fridge leaked there was no mini bar or DVD player, which was advertised . There were no English channels on the satellite TV . The sofa was old and stained . The curtains dirty and stained . I have mobility problems and explained I couldn’t get in and out of the tall bath so asked for a change of room ( they have rooms with a walk in shower ). Didn’t happen . The bath itself was rusty and had mould by the tiles .Breakfast disappointing . No bread choices as advertised you were luck to get a husk . Chef didn’t know how to cook poached eggs . Terrible

    Expensive, avoid!

    rating15 Jul 2025

Expensive for a partial day on the beach. This place charges 70 euro ($81) for two sun loungers and an umbrella. Same price for two hours or all day. Princess Cruises sent us here, so beware! Also, don’t get the strawberry daiquiri, worst I’ve had in my life.

    Romantic Getaway

    rating03 Jul 2025

My partner and I spent our anniversary here, and it was perfect. The suite was beautifully decorated with Cycladic charm, and the private balcony with a jacuzzi was the ideal place to watch the sunset. The beach service was excellent, and the food at the on-site restaurant was delicious. We couldn't have asked for a more romantic setting.

    Amazing Stay

    rating14 Jun 2025

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Arte Mare Suites in Mykonos! The location is perfect—peaceful yet close to everything. The suite was beautifully decorated, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with a stunning view from the balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed.Overall, it felt like a luxurious home away from home. I highly recommend Arte Mare Suites for anyone looking for comfort, style, and warm hospitality in Mykonos.

Fantastic affordable stay with great view!

    rating07 Jun 2025

What a fantastic stay (too short) our family had at this wonderfully located boutique hotel of suites and spa in the perfect Elia Beach location! We were offered an extraordinary upgrade at registration, solely because management is so friendly and kind, to an amazing three bedroom 2-1/2 bath suite with a kitchen which worked perfectly for us as our family included a young child- truly with the feel of one’s own home. We had a magnificent private double level small pool on our own terrace with a fantastic view of the sea and enjoyed a lovely, quiet, relaxed, calm stay. This affordable location is away from the busiest hotspots of Mykonos (though getting around Mykonos seems easily accomplished anyway). The staff was quickly responsive to our every need and was kind and accommodating to us to an extraordinary degree. We also enjoyed fantastic quality, wonderfully interesting food- dinner and the included breakfast buffet - at the Espuma restaurant that is so conveniently part of the hotel. We will without question want to return to Arte and Mare another time, especially to further enjoy the steps away private beach access and water sports that this boutique site offers. Can’t wait to visit again!
