  Scored a one due to the view. Sold a room with a terrace, given a room with the tiniest balcony with no chairs nothing on. Spoke with receptionist who advised there's nothing she can do and the room I had booked is unavailable. She advised I couldn't be upgraded even though the hotel had false advertising. Breakfast was an absolute joke, nothing available. Someone had rummaged in my case. I'd read a review online about a tablet being stolen so I took a picture of my case when I left the hotel for the day and what I came back to was awful. (Picture is below) Not 5 star more 3. I couldnt sit round the pool as there was no loungers available and 8 men. No women. A 5 star would have upgraded me for there poor advertisement. Instead I got a credit back on my credit card for there dishonesty. Shame, as most of the other rooms were empty....

  Not a 5 Star Hotel but a 3 Star!

  07.06.2025 to 10.06.2025 - If you are thinking about booking this Villa, Suite, then you will be very disappointed. Me and my husband arrived on Saturday morning. We were greeted by Eleni who was very professional. She showed us to our room and left. This 5 star hotel advertised a bottle of wine in our room which is complimentary. Well that never happened. Secondly, we were not happy with the room as the plunge pool was on our left and sheltered so the water was freezing. We complained to the Manager Dimitries the Manager who informed us there will be a charge to move but in the end he decided not to change us. The next morning we called reception and they didn’t get back to us until 11.30am before they stated moving us into the room which was 2 rooms down. and they said they wouldn’t charge us. In the morning, we went for breakfast to find it was Mediterranean and they charge €18 euros for an omelette and an extra charge for ham and bacon. We were disgusted as it’s meant to be a 5 star with full breakfast instead it’s a cold breakfast. They charge €8 euros for water and they were going to charge us for the ice bucket but we said we needed the ice for our mosquito bites as we were both badly bitten. The taxi into town costs €80 euros return daily. The hotel is on one side of the island and then the town is on the other side of the island. We met Kiki at the airport from Elite First Class Chauffeur and Transfer service so we used her Company for the 3 days we were there as it was cheaper to use Kiki’s company. We originally booked 4 nights 5 days but we decided to pay £330 to fly back a day early. Dimitries informed us he could not reimburse us for the room as we’re leaving one day early which was very disappointing. It just felt like a money making scheme. The room was clean but had no iron and they were going to charge us €5 euros per item which was ridiculous so we had to buy an iron. The staff have only been working at this hotel a short while about 2 months so they really need to look after their Guests if they want holiday makers to return. I will not be returning to this 3 star again. We’ve stayed in much better 5 star Hotels with great Amenities and they have, an iron, two types of breakfast from Mediterranean and Continental breakfast and hot food. The restaurant prices were diabolical prices. We had to eat out as it was too expensive to eat here and the menu was so limited. I’m a vegetarian and I’m not paying €18 euros for a salad. They had no real food apart from sea food. The views from our bedroom was lovely with the sunset. There’s nowhere to walk as it’s rocky everywhere you go so I would advise definitely to pack trainers, walking shoes but no heals I even couldn’t wear my sandals as it’s really steep so trainers would have a better grip.

  The best staff and hotel ever

  This is the most amazing hotel I have stayed at. The staff is amazing, the view is amazing, the pools are lovely. No hotel can even compete. If you ever go to Mykonos, always go to collini villas. See you soon collini! Definetly will go again and enjoy the drinks at the bar and the view!!

  I booked many months ago for a couple of days in September.I only had a small problem with the receptionist because they thought I still had to pay but I had already done so.However, I highly recommend this hotel because of the friendly staff, the quality of the food and the room, which had a fantastic sea view as well as being large. Excellent shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. Delicious welcome cocktail and dried fruit.Just a suggestion: a welcome kit with Greek soaps, shampoo and conditioner might be appreciated by guests ☺️I advise guests to rent a car or call the transfers also available on whatsapp.
