The place is beautiful, family owned with a secluded beach of it's own. Its a good place for people who seek to be alone, but its a far place from almost everything, we wasted half of our time searching for transport rentals and going back and forth to the place took about 20 mins or more. The rooms weren't very clean and the service wasn't very great either, the phone reception was bad and the supposedly provided internet wifi service was not accessible, the breakfast was honestly horrible and had their been a decent restaurant near by we wouldn't have had our breakfast in the village.

the hotel is modest but the location is amazing. On arriving, and after waiting for aprox. 2 hours for the receptionist, a man came and told us that we had to go to another place because the hotel was full. We were taken to a 4 star hotel, but away from the beach. After complaining with several people (nobody seemed to know who was responsible for that) I was told that the next day we were taken to Daktilidis again. The thing is, we lost a lot of time and efforts trying to contact the receponist and the woman in charge, and nobody compensate this. Breakfast is simple but ok, the private beach is beautiful and it´s next to Agia Anna beach. Spending the night on the terrace, enjoing the quiet atmosphere and the beauty of the place, is simply invaluable.

Family-conducted structure, friendly welcome and good position. There's a nice private beach.Only weaknesses are:- it is that is not very very easy to find (it's aside Anastasia Hotel)- the Anastasia Hotel is somehow noisy (music diffusion, up to 23h00)

I and my friend we have wonderful week in this hotel with private beach which is the top edge. There are also two private public beaches to lie on. Kalafati and Aghia Anna. Also in 15 minutes you can walk up to a nice and trendy Kalo Livadi beach. The rooms are simply but OK. All with AC, cleaned every day.To get around 5 minutes from the hotel is motorbike rental 15€ day, or 2+ day 10e per day or by bus to Mykonos / Chora 5 buses per day (2e). The last bus to get back at 24:00 !! around 20 minutes.5 min from the hotel is a mini market and Italian restaurant Bandanna. At the far end of Kalafati beach there is Thalassa tavarern. All the restaurats a lit bit pricy. But the Italian with excellent tasty food. Some drawback:The WiFi does not work very well or it is not stable. The breakfast is tedious and dull. Every day just the same choice. Cereals, yogurt, ham and cheese, bread, the same cake with juice and coffee/tea.And mosquitoes are famous here, so if you want to sit outside on terrace in the evening bring the repellent!!! http://daktilidisvillage.com/
