    Gracious and restful respite in Mykonos

    This is one of the most charming and restful hotels I have ever stayed in. The owner/managers are a multi-generation family who converted their home into a hotel some years ago and take tremendous pride in it. As they should. Beautifully decorated, peaceful, excellent breakfast, gracious hospitality and a lovely pool and sun deck that offered a respite from Mykonos’ somewhat frenzied tourist experience. Cannot recommend it enough!

    Wonderful homely feel in this decadent hotel

    This hotel was a joy to stay at, all staff so friendly and welcoming for me and my teen daughter. Acostas (hope we spelt right) was so accommodating and genuine. The room was so clean, lovely powerful shower, the breakfast was superb with a great view and decadent room. The grounds were kept beautifully and the walk to town on a little hill was very manageable, it was 5 minutes. Staff arranged a taxi which came in minutes, all in all would definitely return, such a homely feel, thank you Despotiko.     We highly recommend this hotel! Excellent location, very clean, and the breakfast was outstanding. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.     We had a wonderful stay at Despotiko hotel, the room was very clean, the staff is really helpful, it is well situated (max 10 minutes by walk from downtown) and the swimming pool is beautiful. We stayed only for one night but we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you !
