    AWe are just going home from a wonderful stay at Mykonos! We stayed in Dreambox Mykonos Suites! These suites were the most loveliest hotel/suites we have stayed! The staff, location, cleanliness and food were amazing! The hotel staff made sure everything was perfect for us! Anything we needed they provided! They really went the extra mile to help us.     Great place to stay in Mykonos! Brilliant location, super friendly staff, rooms clean & comfortable. Breakfast & bar service is excellent and the concierge service is fabulous from transfers to restaurants reservations. I would recommend to family & friends and would love to come back! Thank you for making our 40th birthday trip special.

    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

    We have a upcoming trip. We purchased this for the amount of $2400. We went back on the site and the price was for $1800. We asked the hotel to honor the price and they told us that they would not. They said it was a glitch in the system and they arent able to do anything. I think its very unfair and considering that we booked directly through them , you would think they would at least honor a confirm discount/ difference refunded or a confirmed upgrade room. But no, they were no assistance at all and just continued to say it was glitch on their end . Having not even stayed at the hotel yet, but to experience this type of customer service is really a bummer and makes me nervous to see how the customer service will be when we arrive especially if there is an error on their behalf. They are not willing to help and only care about taking your money regardless of the errors on their behalf. I would not recommend staying here to anyone. After that you have sent us a lot of emails saying that you will write a bad Google review and on all your social media platforms ( tik tok , instagram , facebook , twitter ) as well, as you have 400k followers.     Nightmare on Mykonos

    If you want a place with with steep stairs, a sink abutting your bed, surly staff who insult you if you do not like undercooked eggs, and who stiff you when you check out early, this is the place to go! More like nightmare Mykonos. My husband and I were in fear for our life trying to get into and out of our room. We have visited Greece several times and never encountered anyplace this awful.

    This hotel was a dream for us. we had booked 2 villas. our suite had the patio and pool facing the water. beautiful view but received all of the wind gust. it made it cold in the pool area but i would not have traded the view. rooms were clean and staff was awesome from pick up to check out. perfect location for quiet and not far from all of the main areas. the villa even had a carport. if you decide to rent a car or motor bike parking was not a problem. we had lunch one day by the main pool and it was delicious. they have a few cats that hang around but they didn't bother us. a separate group were not receptive to the cats in the area and the waiter coaxed them out of the area.pool was cleaned and maintained daily and housekeeping cleaned the room daily. i will visit this hotel again and also advise others to book there. there was a single negative. it seemed our toilet was above a septic system or something because it emitted an odor. the shower was next to the water closet but no odors came from the drain in there. it was not overpowering but it was noticeable.the photos on the hotels website are pretty accurate, so i will not post any additional.thanks for a wonderful stay!!
