The perfect place for a Mykonos stay

This hotel is perfect….beautiful rooms and decor, amazing staff, great breakfasts, a mesmerizing view, and a manager like no other — the fantastic Sakis! It is a short walk into town, yet the location feels very private. Definitely a place we look forward to coming back to!

We absolutely loved this hotel. This is in our top 3 of hotels we stayed at.We were in room 206 and I think we had the best room in the hotel. Our room had a double and a single giving us a great place to keep suitcases. Staff were amazing and helped us with local knowledge and scooter bookings. There are two pet cats that made our stay even more enjoyable.I have no words to explain the views. They took our breath away every morning and sunset.Breakfast provided was healthy and tasty.

We had a Standard Sea View Double room. (Note – there’s steps up to the hotel and there were more steps up to our room. A member of staff carried our cases up to, and down from, our room.) The room was small but had everything we needed. The view from the patio was stunning. The buffet breakfast was really good. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We were picked up from the airport at arrival and dropped off at the ferry port on our departure day. This was included in the price. I would say it was a 10 minute, downhill, walk into the town. We only had 2 nights here but if we were to return to Mykonos we would stay here again.

Overbooked! So they sent us to a cheap 'partner' hotel!

I was so so disappointed! When I reached the hotel they tell me they are overbooked- and send me in a van to a partner hotel? The partner hotel had a cheaper rate, we were not informed in advance, no refund offered, and they gave us a small room with one bed (we requested 2 separate beds) and no sea view! Such a disappointing experience, I had even called the hotel internationally the night before to confirm the guests and even sent them my sister's passport so it would be an easy check-in for her. Complete mess and unacceptable.
