  The location is good, the hotel is NOT 5 star. The pool was absolutely freezing to the point we didn't get in. Our room 'view' was a wall , no sunlight into the room, no daylight even. The chef was sick for 4 days out of our 5 day stay so we could get any food at the hotel and the breakfast was small ( this I can understand but no apology or no offering of a free cocktail or anything for the substandard services) . I got a massage one day and wanted to use the sauna after ( I wasn't allowed you have to pay extra, which I would have paid but it wasn't 'turned on' I was told, so no there are in fact NO spa facilities)However the worst of all, I sent 3 dresses for dry cleaning ( and took a picture of the dresses in the bag before I sent them ), they were returned in a bag which I didn't open until i got back to Switzerland (my mistake). I emailed saying a dress was missing and they said ' they found it in the sheets of my room' . All of which is untrue , no possible way it could be in the sheets I didn't open the dry cleaning bag. On top of this ' robbery' they proceeded to charge me 79euro to post back to me. DO NOT STAY HERE. Pictures are wildly deceiving. While our team did their best to maintain service continuity, we fully understand how disappointing this situation must have been.Concerning our wellness area, the sauna is available upon request and requires a short preheating time before use. As stated on our spa menu, access to the full spa facilities is not automatically included with a massage treatment, but can be arranged upon reservation.As for the dry-cleaning matter, after your departure, our housekeeping team found your dress among the room linens, clearly identifiable by its scent and makeup traces. It was immediately recorded in our lost and found system. When you first contacted us asking if we had found it, we confirmed immediately that it had been located and offered to have it re-cleaned at our own expense and sent back to you. If our intention had been to withhold the item, we would not have informed you that it was found. The shipping charge applied was solely to cover the courier’s delivery cost to Switzerland.Lastly, your reservation was for a Junior Suite with Outdoor Jetted Tub, a category that does not include a sea view, as clearly described and illustrated on our official website. We would also like to remind you that upon check-in, our team offered a complimentary upgrade to a Signature Suite with Sea View, which you kindly declined, preferring to remain in your original room category.We regret that your overall experience did not reflect the high standards we strive to uphold at Lovia Mykonos.   Best views in Mykonos, incredible sunsets. Rooms are beautiful, great food and service.   Amazing hotel

  Amazing hotel, the pictures don’t do it justice in terms of the quality of finish and views! Staff were also fantastic throughout, particularly Georgio. Location was also great and a short 5 min walk into town, was a bit steep on the way back up but it is manageable if you wear sensible shoes.   MUST DO SPA!

  Katerina is truly a gem at Lovia Spa! She is such a hard worker, genuinely dedicated to making every guest’s experience feel personalized, relaxing, and above and beyond.My husband and I booked the wet room experience as part of our honeymoon, and it felt like our own private spa for a full hour—so serene and special. It was the perfect way to unwind together.Afterwards, I indulged in an aromatherapy massage that left me completely relaxed, followed by a pedicure from Katerina that was phenomenal—honestly better than the ones I regularly get in New York!Thank you, Katerina, for your incredible service and care.   Poor facilities and unprofessional staff

  The room is advertised to include a hot tub but was too cold to step into (21 degrees as measured by their own staff). So, the front desk deputy manager offered us a compensatory visit to the hotel spa but there the jacuzzi and pool were very cold, the steam room wasn't working, and the sauna door was not sealed and let in cold air. Service was unprofessional. When we ordered room service our dinner plates were just placed on the mattress directly. I have traveled across Europe for years and have never encountered such poor service and facilities.
