    Beautiful hotel. We originally booked a room with a hot tub. We were upgraded to a 2 apartment suite with our own pool and hot tub. We enjoyed being on the other side of the island, away from all the noise and crowds. We rented a four wheeler to travel back-and-forth. The rooms were fantastic, the restaurant served high quality food, and the staff were amazing. It was definitely worth the visit. I would highly recommend the Nomad.

    We have just spent 6 days at Nomad Hotel in Mykonos, and our stay was truly wonderful thanks to the team: their professionalism, empathy, and personalized service made all the difference.Everything was perfect. We had an excellent relationship with the Front Office Manager, and we would especially like to thank him: thank you, Fanouris, we will keep such wonderful memories of this stay.I would also like to thank the pastry chef who kindly prepared a kadaifi for me upon my request, even though it was not on the menu.We travel extensively around the world and are accustomed to high-end service in 5-star hotels; precisely for this reason, we are demanding guests and truly able to appreciate professionalism and excellence.The Cyclades have been a special place of renewal for me for the past 40 years, ever since my very first trip there with my parents.So, to conclude: THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU — and we truly look forward to another stay with your wonderful team.

    The room was called Hideout and it was said to be private, it wasn’t. People could see into the room from the driveway and into the garden from a neighbouring suites balcony. Overall the service was very poor from them having misplaced the keys when we arrived to not doing simple things like replacing toilet rolls and water each day.

    Cost-cutting does affect consumer experience

    We loved this hotel and have been coming back: everything was great. Sadly, the restaurant was a major let down this time: uninteresting menu, mediocre but still pricey dishes. The quality of products and the execution, even at breakfast, were very average. Which is problematic when the hotel is remote (which we liked). You know have to schlep all the way to Mykonos Town or at least Ano Mera for a nice lunch/dinner. Also, there is not even enough water for 1 person in the room and they've gone from sustainable water cartons to mini plastic bottles... Not sure cost-cutting is compatible with SLH of the W standards...
