  It’s true that the building itself and some rooms maybe don’t fully feel like the typical Four Seasons standard, but the service absolutely does. Everyone during our stay was genuinely kind and professional. Special thanks to Lorenzo and Darren, who handled our feedback really well and kindly invited us to Lounge 32 for canapés and breakfast. The staff in the lounge were also extremely friendly and attentive. In the end, they really showed us the hospitality and service Four Seasons is known for. Thank you Four Seasons Hotel Sydney.   A Magnificent Stay

  The location is perfect, and although it may feel like just another big grand hotel, the care for detail is second to none.We stayed twice on our trip to Australia in March (one week) and April (just under two weeks) and the second stay outdid the first one, which was already incredible to start with. The rooms are pristinely kept by the very attentive housekeeping staff, the gym is the best hotel gym I have ever encountered, the pool is lovely, but the icing on the cake was the incredible care and professionalism by Mr Louis Marr, the Guest Relations Manager/ Associate. He attended to our every need and we could not praise him more if we tried. What a lucky hotel to have such a passionate employee. Thank you for a magnificent stay!   Our 2nd stay in 6 month and its a pleasure to inform you that this is a highly trusted brand, four seasons.The service is the reliably excellent, and the rooms kept up to date and appealing while being well appointed.The food is good but I would not say its outstanding at least with breakfast and the club lounge on floor 32. It is up to a fair standard.I think this is one area that four seasons, with a few exceptions can do better.As far as the service though which is outstanding, they take such a personal approach and they make you feel like they are your family, seriously...Well done once again four seasons my wife and I appreciate you and will always return.   Perfect pre-cruise treat.

  Stayed overnight and woke early to see our ship coming in. What better way to start the day!! We were looked after from the moment we arrived at this hotel to when we left to walk to the Overseas Passenger Terminal. Dinner the preceding night at Mode couldn’t be faulted. Cosy seating with attentive care was appreciated. Enjoyed the wood fired roasted eggplant with all its complementary flavours and companion loved the frutti di mare.
