  Avoid this hotel-dirty!!

  *Edit: The owner called and offered a refund of 30% if we took down this review and asked if we would like an inspector to come examine the room. We are on our honeymoon and do not want to have a bug professional come examine the room we are staying in. Extremely unprofessional staff at this hotel. Avoid at all costs! We found another hotel for much less money with a pool and the mattress is clean with no stains.Booked a suite with this hotel for my honeymoon and have been looking forward to it for months. Unfortunately I have had to deal with bed bugs personally in the past so I always check the entire bed when checking in to a hotel. I discovered black spots along with many other stains on the mattress. We informed reception and the two employees were very dismissive saying it was due to the humidity. Despite google searching the many pictures I took and having the results show it may be due to bed bug activity. Finding spots like this is very concerning, especially given the amount of money the hotel charges per night. The employees kept dismissing us making us feel like we couldn’t trust them or this hotel. Then after informing the employee we would prefer to leave and not stay we were told we wouldn’t be receiving any money back. We felt like they didn’t actually care. The mattress was disgusting and the service was disappointing, considering what we found. I highly recommend avoiding this hotel. The marks observed on the underside of the mattress, only visible after the mattress topper was removed and the mattress was flipped over, were a common phenomenon in coastal properties, where the non-exposed underside of a mattress can develop harmless discoloration due to the natural humidity levels, characteristic of a seafront environment. This has nothing to do with bed bug activity. That said, we fully understand that given your past experience, even the possibility was deeply distressing, and we never intended to make you feel dismissed. That is why we offered to immediately change the mattress. We also offered to move you to a different suite and inspect it together before you settled in. Both offers were declined and we are sorry neither option felt right under the circumstances.After your departure, we reached out personally because we wanted to find a resolution and ensure you could enjoy the rest of your trip, asking whether you would feel comfortable returning if a certified professional confirmed there were no bed bugs. We are sorry this option was not right for you either.To provide absolute reassurance, we did bring a certified pest control specialist to conduct a thorough professional inspection, not only of the specific suite, but also of the surrounding rooms and hotel areas. The inspection confirmed that there was absolutely no evidence or indication of bed bugs or related activity anywhere on the property.   From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth and welcoming smiles. Maria, the Operations Manager, was absolutely outstanding professional, kind, cheerful, and attentive to every detail. She made sure everything was perfectly organized and that we felt truly cared for throughout our stay.Every member of the staff from the restaurant and dining team to the housekeeping staff and pool attendants was exceptional. Everyone was friendly, courteous, professional, and always available to assist with a smile. The level of service here is truly beyond expectations.The hotel itself is immaculate. The rooms are spacious, elegantly designed, and incredibly comfortable every detail has been carefully thought out to provide a luxurious and relaxing experience. The pool area is pristine and beautifully maintained, and the view from both the pool and the hotel is simply breathtaking — in our opinion, it’s the most beautiful beach in Mykonos! 🌊☀️Breakfast was rich, delicious, and beautifully presented, offering a wide selection of fresh and high-quality options. Everything was spotless and perfectly arranged, even though it was the very last day of the season. Up until the moment we checked out, the staff continued to provide impeccable service with genuine care and attention.And one more detail that truly reflects the hotel’s honesty and professionalism — after we left, the hotel reached out to inform us that we had forgotten our camera in the room.   Panormos Village – A Hidden Gem in Mykonos!

  Our stay at Panormos Village was simply unforgettable. The entire team went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was perfect.The location is absolutely stunning — overlooking the crystal-clear waters of Panormos Bay, just a few steps from one of the most beautiful beaches in Mykonos!Our room was beautifully designed, Spotlessly clean, spacious, and with breathtaking sea view! Panormos Village is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

  My husband and I stayed at Panormos Village and everything was great. We stayed in the Superior, Pool/Sea View room and loved it. We spent every day out on our patio and in our little private pool. The view of the sea was gorgeous. When we arrived we were surprised by a chilled bottle of prosecco in our room, and it was a great way to start off our stay. Maria at the front desk was so lovely and helpful, and we utilized the hotel's drivers for a couple trips; they were also great. The hotel is outside of the populated touristy areas and it was great to go into town for meals but then come back to our quiet and peaceful hotel.

  Great Resort, even better manager and staff

  My wide and I stayed at Panormos Village during our stay on Mykonos. Honestly, everything was excellent, especially the Manager and her staff. We used an Atlanta based travel agent who selected Panormos Village for us. Our desire was to stay outside Old Town. After visiting Old Town we knew we had made the right decision for us. The Resort has a great dining area and infinity pool with plenty of loungers. Our room and view were fantastic!In case you plan a trip to Mykonos, here are a couple things to consider. The roads are narrow around the island so I would not rent a car....maybe consider an ATV. We elected to used drivers. Our Manager arranged all our drivers once we arrived. When we were ready to go or return to Panromos Village, they were waiting on us. As with most Greek islands, everything is more expensive than you likely expect, especially ground transportation via a Taxi or Uber. Whether you are traveling 5km or 20km the minimum charge was generally 40 Euros plus tip.
