    Stay away from them!

    We found this hotel in the last minute when visiting Mykonos. Without pre booking for a hotel, we dragged our luggage up and down the rough streets for almost an hour, and bumped into this hotel. The receptionist showed me a two bedroom apartment and promised me it would be quiet (the first thing I concerned about). She gave me a “special deal” for 500€/ night (without breakfast). The property has no restaurant on site.It is in a poor location near the old port of Mykonos which is busy and chaotic. We agreed to stay for 3 nights and paid for it. The first night ended up a nightmare. Cars zoomed by until 12am and restarted 5am (there is a big hotel behind us). The next morning, we went to the front desk asking to shorten the stay. She said she couldn’t do this and we had to wait until after 9. We went out to look for breakfast (nothing near by).Two hours later, we over heard the conversation between the receptionist and her boss who was roaring. Then he roared at me, refused to give the refund. (There was no agreement for no refunding). When I said we would ask the bank for a dispute, the guy yelled at me saying he would not receive blackmail. In the end of the hospital conversation, the guy agreed to refund us 925€. But the receptionist refused to give a new receipt, which is suspicious. We still left knowing we would have no peace if not, even at the cost of losing 1000€. Days have passed and we saw no refund. We started to contact our bank. This is a warning for other travelers to be careful when you go to Mykonos.

    I cannot recommend this hotel more! Lefki was the most amazing host who went above and beyond for us. She gave us restaurant, beach and general recommendations. She booked everything we wanted, from beach clubs to dinners to transfers. She checked on us everyday to make sure we have everything we need. She even brought us food from a bakery in the morning for breakfast. The hotel itself was very clean and spacious. The location is unmatched, 3 minute walk from the town with access to everything. Thank you Lefki! We will be back.

    The most incredible boutique hotel. Our wonderful experience at Riva is credited to Mrs. Lefki who took care of us during our time there. She took care of our reservations and transfers, was in constant communication with us to make sure our needs were met and even offered to personally pick up one of our friends from the airport! We cannot thank Lefki enough, we will definitely be back next year :)

    This has been the best stay I’ve ever had in Mykonos! Besides the clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms, the hotel has the most ideal location right outside of Mykonos town. Lefki pampered us so so much, calling every beach to get us reservations, bringing us homemade breakfast, and organizing transfers everywhere! She truly cares about her clients so much and treats them like family. She made this stay absolutely perfect, I couldn’t wish for anything else!

    I absolutely loved my stay at Riva Suites Mykonos! I stayed in a stunning suite that came with a spacious bedroom, a separate living room, and the ultimate highlight – a private sundeck with a large hot tub and breathtaking views of the Mykonos coastline. It was pure bliss!The location is unbeatable – just a few minutes’ walk from Old Town and Little Venice, and right across from the Old Port Bus Station, which made getting around the island incredibly easy and convenient.The suite itself was beautifully designed, modern, and very roomy – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel even more special.Truly a dream stay – I wouldn’t hesitate to come back! Highly recommended.
