    We had an amazing room with a large balcony and hot tub (hot tub did stop working but we moved rooms to have one that did work) the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, professional and we felt like they were our friends by the end of our holiday. Christos, Chris at reception, constantinos, Mohammed and Katerina. The views from the Comus restaurant and infinity pool were amazing. The breakfast buffet was 10/10. We will definitely be back, I don’t think we’ve ever had service like that at any other hotel and we have been tomany places.

    I stayed at a hotel in Mykonos, Greece, and it was absolutely amazing from the moment I was picked up at the airport until the day I had to leave. The service was truly top tier, and I honestly have no complaints at all.Every single staff member was kind, professional, and helpful 24/7. The hotel offered transportation around the clock, which made everything so convenient. The food was incredible — especially the pancakes and chicken gyros! The hotel itself was spotless and exceptionally clean.I stayed for 8 days and honestly did not want to leave. The easy beach access made the experience even better. I even had a massage by Katerina on the hotel’s beach, and it was absolutely amazing! It truly added to the relaxing and luxurious experience.I fully intend to return, and when I do, I will absolutely stay here again.The only suggestion I would make is to upgrade the pillows because they were not very comfortable. Other than that, everything else exceeded my expectations.Hands down, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had — and I travel often. Thank you to every staff member for making guests feel like royalty. Your hard work, hospitality, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Because of you, my vacation was perfect!

    Two-night business stay during high season.Tropicana Hotel, Suites & Villas delivers genuine luxury. Elevated sea views, strategic location away from the chaos yet close enough to the island’s key spots. The beach requires a short walk due to the elevated position.Arrival experience is impactful and refined, with top-level hospitality attitude from the very first moment.Suite level is excellent: private pool, high privacy, flawless cleanliness and a design perfectly aligned with Mykonos aesthetics while maintaining true luxury standards.Premium breakfast with impeccable service.Atmosphere is elegant and vibrant, international clientele, perfectly balanced music throughout the property.Prices are high, but fully justified by the quality delivered.A property that truly understands contemporary luxury.

    A great hotel with minor niggles

    First and foremost the hotel is stunning. The setting is beautiful. It’s designed in the style of a Greek village with white washed walls and exposed stone, alleyways and narrow steps. We couldn’t get enough of how pretty it was.Breakfast is worth the 30EUR per person hands down. Probably the most luxurious breakfast we have had at a hotel. The room (we had a Junior suite with a private pool and large terrace with sea views) was immaculate and overall comfortable. Housekeeping was one of the best we have ever experienced - even the terrace got washed every day!!! Customer service overall was top notch - I remember reading an earlier review saying staff were expecting tips all of the time. That is nonsense. Not once have we felt we needed to tip!!!Now the slightest niggles: we could hear music up and until 2am even with earplugs. So if you are a light sleeper, you won’t get a quiet night.The room had NO desk or table. There was a tiny coffee table type table tailgate fitted a couple of bottles of water and that’s it. And bedside tables. But nowhere to put things like sunglasses, handbags, watches, drinks, etc.There was also no shelves storage - just a long low level bench style shelf under the open air hanging space. It would have been nice not to have all the clothes and stuff in your sight all the time.The bathroom was tiny. Again with NO worktop space or vanity. So all your toiletries and make up had to stay in a bag in a suitcase because there was literally nowhere to put it.The beach by the hotel is probably one of our least favourite. First of all despite what previous reviews state beach club lounges are not included in the price of the hotel and are around 80EUR each for the day. Secondly the coral reef/sharp rocks are really close to the shore and me and several other cut our feet really badly. Most other beaches on the island are much nicer. So if beach is one of the main reasons for you, I would avoid this hotel.Finally, the hotel consists of 2 sections which are set relatively far away from each other and on a very steep hill. Whilst transfer cars are available all the time, it is something to consider because should you go up to the infinity pools and forget something in your room, it’s a 20-30 minute back and forth waiting for the cars etc. not a big deal but something to bear in mind.The hotel being a 7 minute walk from Cavo Paradiso was an absolute pleasure so from that point of view it was amazing!!!

    From the receptionist to the drivers and waitstaff, the service at this hotel was outstanding. The staff’s professionalism and warm hospitality truly enhanced our stay and made the entire experience exceptional. We will certainly be returning to this hotel.Although we missed the breakfast buffet, we consistently heard excellent feedback about it from other guests.The Tropicana Beach Club tends to attract a younger crowd. For those seeking a different atmosphere, Cavo Paradiso is an excellent choice—the music and DJ were phenomenal during our visit, and the venue is conveniently just a two-minute walk from the hotel. Scorpio is another highly recommended club worth experiencing as well.Overall, our time in Mykonos was fantastic. On future visits, we will be staying exclusively at Tropicana Hotel, thanks to its remarkable staff.
