Location

The hotel is located in the south-west of Naxos Island, 7 km from Chora, the capital of the island, and 100 metres from the exotic, sandy beach of Plaka. The area offers a unique combination of tranquillity and entertainment.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 56 suites and 15 apartments. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service and a safe ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a playroom. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (no extra charge). Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service (on request and for a fee), a childcare service, a car hire service, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service. Bicycle storage is also available. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most units include a balcony with sea views, where guests can relax and linger a while. Rooms have a double bed or a sofa bed. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. Further amenities include an ironing set and a trouser press. Equipped with a direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a plug adapter, an alarm clock and WiFi, the rooms provide many ways for guests to stay connected and entertained. Guests can also make use of the cleaning service on departure. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. The hotel has family rooms and 71 non-smoking rooms.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Thrills on the waterslide, refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a soothing soak in the hot tub – the pool area has a little something for every state of mind and body. Sun loungers and parasols on the sun terrace create a perfect space for guests to relax and unwind. The hotel offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, beach volleyball, fishing and horse riding. Water sports available at the hotel include windsurfing, canoeing, snorkelling and diving. The hotel offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, billiards and callisthenics or, for a fee, yoga. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna and a steam bath. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Children are well looked after in the kids' club.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Bed and breakfast is offered as a catering option. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Gluten-free meals and vegan food can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers special catering options.

    4-star service, but not the hotel itself.

    This stay was a disappointment. I had hoped that the bad reviews were wrong, but it is the good reviews that are completely wrong. The hotel may be nice on the outside, but the inside is definitely not what it appears in the photos. Or overall. I would recommend that if you are looking for a 4-star luxury stay on Naxos, that you find another hotel. The breakfast was the same, and very boring, with dry egg dishes as the only healthy thing they offered. I have not eaten either lunch or dinner here. As I found it uninviting and there are MANY good restaurants along the beach, which are within walking distance. Their gym, reminded me of something left over from the 90s, stuffed with old machines and equipment. I would say that this hotel corresponds to a 2-3 star charter hotel. The towels, especially for the pool - were old and relatively small, compared to pool towels. One positive thing, I can say, however, and that was that the staff both at the reception and the restaurant were super nice and helpful. Very much indeed! They should be praised for that. The service was on point! :-) I was not satisfied with our room upon arrival and asked nicely for another better one, which they immediately offered me free of charge. The staff in the restaurant, were also nice and helpful. I must say.Regarding the cleaning, the towels were only changed and the sink was just wiped clean. The floor was not cleaned the 4 nights we were here.. nothing more was done, which is to be expected. Glasses were simply washed and put to dry on the sink, i.e. they were not wiped down either, which I also found strange. I cannot recommend anyone to stay here if they are looking for a 4-star luxury stay, because this hotel, unfortunately, does not live up to that. But if you are ok with less, it is probably fine enough for some.

    It's the worst hotel I've ever been to. From the receptionist who tried to rob us, to the rooms, which don't reflect the reality in the photos; they're worse. Do not came.

    Two years ago I had come as a guest to a meeting with my work at the AEGEAN PALACE in Naxos and it had made a great impression on me so I decided to stay here on my vacation this time!!! This beautiful hotel was just as I had dreamed of!! Quiet everywhere, beautiful breakfast with wonderful different choices every day they made our mood, everything was spotlessly clean, the kind employees made the stay seem like a dream. The gym was full of exercise equipment!! Right outside the hotel there is a bus that takes you to the town for only 2 euros per person every half hour!!! The 24 hour reception is ready to answer any question!! Thank you very much, I can't wait to come back!!     Angelo burnout crazy

    Nice place, too many bugs, room with old bed, weak breakfast, recepcionist very rude called Angelo, I think he has burnout stress from the work, from the beggining gave me a downgrade room no pool as payed with expedia, did not take the luggage as usual (lazy guy), did not explain anuthing from beautiful Naxos, at checkout almost made us loose the transfer, poor mentaly should not work directly with tourists, as a doctor i think he needs a Psychiatric treatment urgently… besides this plaka beach is nice. Daniel is very kind guy at the beach bar and the manager should solve this problem with rexeption because this sick recepcionist angelo is troublemaker and bad caracter!

    This is our 2nd year .. we absolutely loved it so much that we extended our stay another 10 nights .. the hotel is beautiful & clean we chose the rooms with the private pool the beach is across the road & is crystal clean .. but .. it is the people that work here that make this hotel more than a 5 star ⭐️ rating for us .. from Daniel on the beach , Maria & the gang in the beach bar .. Eva in the kitchen & Evangelia in the breakfast area ( amazing barista coffee!) & of course the amazing staff in reception!!.. Vangellis & Evdokia & little Anna ( evening shift) made every day a special day .. just by greeting us with a “Kαλή Μέρα” or a “ Καλή Νύχτα” every day & never forget the absolutely amazing Anna ( one of the owner’s ) .. nothing was ever too much or could not be done!! Best holiday ever !! We stayed 6 weeks this year but plan to go back next year for at least 3 months !!
