  Hotel just a 15 minute walk outside Alghero, but they also have the great service of a shuttle bus going in and out of town every 15 minutes in the afternoon and again in the evening. The whole lot of the staff were so good and so friendly. The hotel has a great 25 metre outdoor swimming pool, unusual to get in any hotel. There’s a little rocky beach just across the road from hotel where they have their sun beds and lifeguard. The hotel was very clean and bedrooms were cleaned every day to a great standard. Breakfast was quite good but having to pay an extra € 7 for freshly cooked fried eggs or omelette left a bad taste (not literally) but felt should be included in a 4 star hotel also the charge of € 3 for pool towel is poor and management should re-think both of these, I think!Back once again to the staff, management should be very proud of their staff, from breakfast staff , (Luigi on the coffees was great also Tatiana) , the lifeguards especially the female lifeguard and the driver , unfortunately never took his name who brought us in and out the road so many evenings , they were all so pleasant to deal with.Well worth a visit!

  My stay at hotel calabona was a beautiful blend of comfort, sea. Nestled just a short walk from Alghero s old tow, this hotel is perfectly balances peaceful coastal views with easy access to the city’s lively streets and restaurants.

  The hotel was lovely but the staff and management were very nice and friendly and made time to say hello and ask how your stay is Big shout out to the restaurant staff and manager (I think if not should be ) forgot his name Also the guy who runs the shuttle bus thank you

  Very nice hotel , situated a bit out of center but with easy access to it . Pleasant, ckwan , specious room with lovely views all day long .But what is more important , it is people who welcome you , help with any question and make your holiday even better .From lovely reception desk to bar staff, they are always for you . I always say people make the places .
