  My daughter booked Villa Salt through this company for a family holiday for five. We chose Naxos because we wished to avoid the Aegean islands which had been spoiled by over-tourism, and because it seemed to offer a combination of places of interest and tranquility. We were delighted with our choice of both location and accommodation.We chose to travel from Athens by ferry, and to return by air-more about that later! We booked a car to meet us from the harbour and take us to our villa; this worked well. The journey took about thirty minutes. We were met at the villa by Effie, an Australian relative of the owners, who gave us an extensive tour of the villa as well as lots of useful tips. We found that the villa provided us with everything we could have wanted and more-both in terms of condition and facilities. It sits literally just across the road from the beautiful beach, and the views across the sea to the neighboring island from the huge outdoor seating area are stunning - especially at sunset. There is a neighboring villa which shares the garden and beach exit but does not impinge on privacy -and both have their own pools.There are two small supermarkets within a short distance of the villa, as well as a very good bakery and several pleasant restaurants. The main town Chora has a full range of facilities and a lot more besides.Do not do as we did and fly back by Aegean Airlines! The flight was ok, but all our luggage-and that of the other passengers-was left behind on the tarmac at Naxos. This happens regularly it appears.Should you wish to visit Santorini from Naxos, which is just doable in a day, be prepared to share all the main points of interest with thousands of other tourists off the many cruise ships which visit there.

  Very disappointing "luxury" villa

  We booked 3 nights here after planning a last minute trip to Naxos. After staying at luxury accommodations all over Greece, we were very disappointed with this villa. The house is more motel quality than luxury villa.The good:-well stocked kitchen supplies-nice, warm pool-proximity to beaches-air conditioningThe not so good:-very dirty (floors not swept, bugs all over bathroom and stairwell, including some smashed on the wall)-quality (no shampoo/conditioner/body wash, no toilet paper in upstairs bathroom, empty roll left in downstairs bathroom, beds not made upon arrival, dirty comforter, couches ripped up, very uncomfortable bed, shower head poor)

  Perfect! Nice location and facilities , equipped, spacious with view and of course next to the sea, one of the best beaches in Naxos !! Recommended, we had a great time and visit again! Thank you :) :)

  Beautiful villa, amazing stay

  I stayed here with my partner and a few friends and it was one of the highlights from our trip. The villa was beautiful, clean and spacious. Pool was the perfect temperature with amazing views and beach also very easily accessible. Added bonus we were able to do some laundry. Would highly recommend and lots of space for families too.
