  Superb Naxos Apartment

  We had a truly fantastic stay at Crystal Mare Suites and would not hesitate to recommend it.From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care and thought has gone into the suites. The room and bathroom were beautifully clean and exceptionally well thought out, with everything placed exactly where you would want it. The space felt calm, comfortable, and very well designed. Our balcony overlooked the sea, which made for a genuinely stunning view, especially in the mornings and evenings.Elizavet, our host, was quite simply outstanding. Without exaggeration, she is one of the most helpful and thoughtful hosts we have ever encountered. On arrival, she provided an incredibly useful guide with recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. What made this particularly special was how detailed and practical it was, including clear notes on which restaurants were good for seafood and which offered views. It made planning our stay effortless.She also shared her WhatsApp number and remained available and responsive throughout, which gave us real peace of mind. When we arranged a rental car, with her help, everything was handled smoothly. Then, when my husband realised overnight that his foot injury meant he could not drive a manual, Elizavet immediately stepped in and arranged for the vehicle to be changed to an automatic without any fuss at all. It was handled quickly and seamlessly, which we were incredibly grateful for.The suite itself was excellent value for money. Daily service kept everything immaculate, the beds were very comfortable, and the Wi‑Fi was strong and reliable throughout our stay.Although the weather was not perfect on our first day, we took Elizavet’s advice and ventured inland to the mountains, where we visited the Olive Oil Museum. It was absolutely superb and ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. The apartment is a short walk to the beach where we had dinner with live music on our first night. Overall, this was a genuinely exceptional stay, made even better by the warmth and professionalism of Elizavet. We would return without hesitation.

  Lovely accommodation in Cycladic style located outside of Naxos Chora.Beautiful house and garden. Clean and quiet rooms. All suites have spacious terrace or balcony. The location of Crystal Mare is very convenient for exploring Naxos island. There is a private parking for all the guests.We stayed at Crystal Mare Suites for 12 nights and enjoyed it very much. The accommodation itself, the suites (there are just 6 suites), the food, the location, the staff, everything was just perfect! Crystal Mare Suites are located about 5-10 minutes from the sandy beach outside the city center. You can reach it in 20 minutes by a pleasant walk along the sea. The suite we stayed in was spacious, clean, light, quiet and very comfortable. The bathroom was very comfortable and stylish as well. The air conditioning and Wi Fi were working perfectly. The breakfast was very good.The owner Elisavet and all the staff were very friendly and kind, ready to help you at any time.   Great 4 days!

  My girlfriend and I stayed here in August this year and we had a really great experience overall! While the property overall is quite small and only has about 5-6 rooms in total, the customer service (Especially Elizabeth) goes above and beyond for their guests. The rooms were always clean and the little things such as giving us a fruit basket and fresh large bottles of water everyday were very nice gestures. In addition, the location of this hotel is great as you can walk to the center which is what we did as it is about a 15-20 minute walk and there is also a beach literally down the road. Only issue that occured was some sewage issue that caused our shower to smell but that was out of the hotel's control. Additionally, the breakfast is really good and provides a large spread despite the small number of guests.

  Crystal Mare Honeymoon

  Incredible experience at Crystal Mare. My wife and I came here on our honeymoon for 4 nights. We fell in love with Naxos, and Elisavet was an amazing host. Rooms were beautiful, modern, and well constructed. Beds were extremely comfortable, and the Sea View from our balcony was just as advertised. Breakfast was delicious. We elected to not rent a car, so we had a long but scenic walk each morning/night to town. More than feasible if you are able-bodied. Elisavet and Karmen gave great recommendations for tourist attractions and food, and went above and beyond for all of our questions and needs. I am not sure where our lives will take us after our honeymoon, but it if takes us back to Naxos, it will be with Elisavet.

  Amazing home-away-from-home experience!

  Profile: couple in their 30s travelling for vacation (4 days in Naxos).If you are looking for a place that makes you feel like you are home while also having a great vacation, this is it. Beyond all the great things about the hotel (see end of this comment), the host, Elisavet is an incredible person whose clear objective is that you have the most memorable and pleasant stay. This is by far the most well-rounded vacation stay I have had and would recommend anyone to stay here. A few of the key things about the hotel: - Elizavet and Carmen- Spacious/clean/luxurious rooms - Amazing breakfast with enough variety for everyone's liking (made every morning)- Easy parking- Walking distance to the beach (5 mins) and old town (20 mis)
