    Rude front desk

    Rude front desk, wouldn’t answer their phone on repeated calls and hung up on once. Then to get a shuttle they made us go to a different terminal to be picked up an hour and a half later when located 10 minutes from the airport. The first time the shuttle passed us in the courtesy shuttle area and didn’t slow down. The room stunk. The toilet seat in the rooms bathroom was broken and not connected.     Probably one of the worst places I've stayed. Late check in with my family and was promised a shuttle back to the airport in the morning. That never happened because of a driver family "emergency". No help on looking for another ride. Not to mention the lights in the room didn't work,there was feces on multiples surfaces of the toilet and hair everywhere.     Very restful night sleep after a very hard day

    My wife and I experienced an overnight flight delay and we were given a lodging and meal voucher for a motel stay at this Super eight in Bedford, TX. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of this motel. It appeared to have been recently renovated, was very quiet and had very pleasant front desk staff. They even opened up the breakfast area for us at 3 am so we could have some breakfast before catching the shuttle to the airport.     FRAUD WARNING! Airline meal vouchers.Letting everyone know here and how it works. If anyone has time and resources to put towards suing, that'd be awesome. Fact 1: this place gathers a lot of people that have flight delays and get free hotel rooms from the airport along with meal vouchers.Fact 2: the meal voucher provided by the airlines (American airlines in my case) is a digital Mastercard and can be used outside the airport or within - anywhere that accepts Mastercard. Fact 3: the airport staff know this and inform you that in order to receive their "free continental breakfast" you have to provide your meal voucher.Fact 4: American airlines told me that my hotel voucher includes the hotel stay with breakfast, and that the meal voucher is for my own personal use.Fact 5: I am no longer able to use my meal voucher after giving it to hotel staff.So you check in, everything goes smoothly, then they request you give them a meal voucher in order to receive breakfast. When I pushed them on this, I was informed by hotel staff that if you provide the meal voucher, you get the "upgraded" breakfast. In the morning, I asked the clerk to see if they had the "upgraded" breakfast and he said you can eat whatever you want. The exact same free continental breakfast that you get at any other hotel. This is morally reprehensible and to think theyre cashing every person's meal voucher and abusing this system is disgusting. I witnessed them doing this to other guests as well. I will be reporting them where appropriate. Hopefully they are dealt with. Just think, 10 guests a day with meal vouchers can equal $3400 / month. If this is the case, I would highly NOT recommend using their ATM or free WiFi, as it could be (is) compromised.     Had a layover for the night and was granted a free room here at the Super 8. Would have felt bad with my decision if I had to pay money for the room. Shower wouldn’t drain, stained towels, and the laundry machine and stuff has no detergent or drying sheets for the laundry service. Was better than sleeping in the airport.
