  Best in Naxos

  Very nice place to spend with your family, 15 min walk from the beach and 30 min walk from Naxos city or 10 min by car. Incredible view on Naxos city from the terrace. The best host ever, very kind a friendly. If we would go again to Naxos, then certainly to Kedros villas !

  Wonderful Stay

  Wonderful stay at Kedros villas. Maroula and her mum and all the ladies were very friendly and so helpful. The ladies at breakfast went out of their way to make porridge for my mum and the cleaning lady advised we could stay longer in our villa on the day of checkout. Thank you all these little touches made our stay so memorable l. Maroula greeted us on arrival and upgraded our villa to a bigger villa with a hot tub. Which was a welcome suprise and really added to our stay at Kedros. Thank you. The hot tub was lovely with view out over the sea and it was really relaxing. Maroula gave us a map and explained all the places to see and bus stop etc. it was very useful and helpful. Breakfast each morning was lovely with local produce and the eggs really added a nice touch along with delicious orange juice. The pool area is beautiful and well maintained by maintenance man I would easily say it is one of the largest pools in Naxos and it was lovely to swim in and relax by pool or on one of the three terraces at our villa. The views from the villas is amazing beautiful sea view. The area around Kedros is so peaceful and serene making it a wonderful relaxing holiday. The food in the restaurant onsite is lovely and the water melon is a lovely touch. The bus stop is just outside the villas which was ideal for visiting the town or the beach. When staying at Kedros we meet people who come back each year which is a testament to the beauty of Naxos and the work Maroula and her mum have done at Kedros. We would highly recommend.

  Ideal Villa Complex

  We found Kedros Villas an ideal holiday location. Our villa, The Laurel, had amazing views of the sea and mountains, from the bedroom and adjoining terraces. It was an absolute joy to sit in bed and look at the views.Everything was spotlessly clean. The beds are comfortable. The Villa's are well equipped.Breakfast was included and there was an amazing choice, it filled us up for the day!The swimming pool is vast, immaculately kept with lovely comfortable sun loungers, including 4 poster bed type. They were great on windy days as it meant we could still sit out in shelter.There is so much space, that there was never a scramble to reserve sun beds, everything is peaceful and calm.The crowning glory of the holiday complex are the family owners and their staff. Mainly ladies, who are so friendly and welcoming, it is like staying with a family. Naxos is a beautiful island, with plenty to see and do. Kedros Villas are just across the bay from Naxos town and within easy distance of the lovely beaches of Agios Prokopios.We hope to return again.

  This is a serene spa like villa. Beautiful landscape and accommodations with a relaxing big pool(biggest on the island). They offer delicious menu items, from a huge and very tasty smash burger and yummy pizza to awesome authentic greek meals. Family owned by 2 caring and accommodating women, always friendly and professional. Maroula and her mother took amazing care of us, family of 6 and we will always have a special place in our heart for this resort. Close to the beach with the bus stop located across the street. Plenty of parking and nearby attractions. Would definitely recommend and hope to go back there again.

  run-down, not luxurious

  We splurged on a booking at Kedros Villas for what was supposed to be a long honeymoon, but unfortunately left after just one night at our own expense because the conditions were unacceptable. For the price we paid (around $300 USD per night), we expected a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained property. Instead, what we found was very run-down and not at all like the online descriptions or photos.The shower in our suite was full of black mold. The breakfast offered slices of bologna and stale pastries, served in a space that resembled an abandoned cafeteria with peeling paint and plastic furniture. Much of the property was visibly crumbling, with an atmosphere that felt neglected and unsettling rather than welcoming. The nearly empty grounds only amplified the sense that this was not a functioning resort.After one night, we asked to check out and requested a partial refund for the remaining five nights. We felt this was a reasonable compromise given the serious issues and the price point. The manager refused and instead accused us of “blackmail,” which was both surprising and unfair. We then moved to a different hotel nearby in the same price range, where the quality and upkeep were on an entirely different level.When we returned briefly to return the beach towels we had borrowed, we found we had been locked out of our room without explanation. We also learned that the hotel even reported to the third-party booking site that we had never checked in, which was untrue and prevented us from leaving a review there.We travel frequently and rarely leave negative reviews, but in this case, it’s important to share. Kedros Villas charged premium rates but delivered conditions that were unsafe, unsanitary, and far below expectations. There are far better options in the area for the same cost.
