  Perfect place!

  This is the sixt time we have spent her, always one to two weeks. This is a really nice and relaxing place. We always stay in the same room, which have both sea view balcony and back alley balcony, so we can relax in the sun or shadow, whatever we prefer... And the best thing is that the room now are upgraded with new bathroom and new balcony doors. Excellent rooms, excellent staff, cleaning service daily, AC, well equipped and all this just 20 meters from the door to the beach and lots of excellent tavernas. Can it be better??? ♥️

  It really is worth staying here. Extraordinary location 30 metres from the beach and tavernas. Bus stop and supermarket 100 metres away. Our host was so friendly and gave us complimentary wine and other treats. The rooms and stairs etc were cleaned everyday and immaculate. Our room number 6 had access to two balconies with great views. Highly recommended.   Amazing balcony views seconds from the beach

  The perfect place to stay for a beach holiday in Naxos! It felt really laid back and room was spacious and comfortable. The communal balcony area was amazing with views of the sunset over the sea - we had it to ourselves one night so it felt like our own private space. Right on the beach with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants to choose from (but no issue with noise).

  It’s the first time that I’ writing a comment and the reason is, that I’m still angry and disappointed from the hosts and the room.The whole story will have legal consequences because the host charged my credit card for something that was not provided.First of all the rooms are overpriced, the price of the room is ridiculously high.But the worst of all and what made my stay in the room impossible is that all seafront rooms have to deal with the smoke coming from a giant smokestack of a kitchen of a restaurant which was in the ground floor of the building.The smokestack was situated some meters of my balcony and the smell of souvlaki, fried calamari und fries made unbearable to let the balcony door open or even to let my bath towel dry in the balcony.I’ve booked the room for 4 nights. The next day as I told the host that I couldn’t spend another night in the room because of the smoke he told me that I have to pay for the second night as well. An alternative room wasn’t available.The explanation was that according to the policy of the hotel cancellations are not allowed.Someone with common sense, cannot interpret that as cancelation.As I told him that it is disrespectful to let people to stay in these apartments, he felt offended and took his offer back and as an act of revenge he charged my credit card for 4 nights although I stayed there only 1.

  A Gem of a Place

  My wife and I stayed for 13 nights and didn’t want to leave. Perfectly located within walking distance of the beach and numerous restaurants. The couple who run the studios were so helpful arranging car hire and taxis and providing exceptional local knowledge. The room was spotless and cleaned and refreshed on a daily basis. Great value. Thank you Foteini and Kostas for your hospitality.
