I'd relive the hell of middle school a hundred times before going back here.

    rating03 Oct 2025

We booked this room very last minute for Parents' Weekend at UD. We checked in fairly late (10pm) with no problems. The bed was clean, as were the towels. That's where the good review ends. The cleaning appears to have stopped at the linens - light switches, door knobs, etc are clearly not part of the cleaning process, and the greasy, salad dressing-like smear on the nightstand was something that may haunt me for the rest of my life. Given the price, I'm not going to pass judgement on our fellow guests. I never felt unsafe, but it was loud and our neighbors had some questionable "acquaintances" stop by throughout the night. But my bottom line for this review: the stink in the room was REALLY overwhelming - cigarette smoke and something I'd rather not identify - all despite the no smoking signs everywhere. I can handle "vintage" places but this was just gross. We left at 9:30 this morning and almost 12 hours later I am still washing/airing out every bit that came with us into our room. Sorry, guys, but I left feeling like I spent the night in an ashtray.

    Nope! Just find another place!

    rating12 Jul 2025

"You get what you pay for" (and sometimes LESS) is very accurate here. This place needs to be demolished. Very, very sketchy. There are homeless people who hang out in the parking lot and walk around the hotel. There is food and squirrels everywhere outside. Zero feeling of safety behind your locked room door (slept with handgun close by). Not clean (I would not allow my bare feet to touch the floor and I refused to take a shower). My husband felt something bite him in the middle of the night and woke up to two red, swollen bites on his hand (no idea what it was). Could feel and hear the springs in the mattress, which was the least of the problems. Don't even consider this place. Keep searching, pay more, and find another place. Nope! Nope! Nope!

Unsafe, Disgusting, We left and booked a room somewhere else within minutes of checking in

    rating19 May 2025

Anyone leaving 4 or 5 star reviews must either be friends/family of the employees here, or, should show pictures of their own homes so we can see what there comparing this disaster with. Trust me, believe the 1 and 2 star reviews!I would STAY CLEAR of this place!!! Our first issue was safety! My sister and I were out by my car and some strange man came up to us w/ one hand behind his back asking me for a cigarette. I said I only had this one, sorry, so he asked me to give him the one I was smoking and go to my room to get another one. I said no - he kept inching toward us and looking around with his hand still behind his back and kept thinking of things to say to keep us there, so I pushed my sister towards the walkway and said "We need to check in" (we already checked in, this was for safety). So she started walking to the lobby and this guy did, too!! I made sure to stay a short distance back so he wouldn't be able to get both of us. She opened the lobby door and let him in first, then we ran to our room which was disgusting. Our room had no room number on the door, same with the room next to ours. The room itself was DISGUSTING. Parts of the rug looked like a wild animal had dug it up while other parts of the rug were falling off the wall; the amount of stains was insane. Bathtub looked like it hadn't been cleaned for years. The room REEKED of cigar/cigarette smell. The walls were dirty; they were painted w/glossy paint so that's easy to clean. We left within 20 minutes of checking in. We would've dealt w/the GROSSNESS of the room, but we felt ABSOLUTELY UNSAFE there. Affordable, acceptable, really junky

    rating25 Apr 2025

Good side: Room, bathroom and linens were clean. AC worked properly. Not too much noise at night despite proximity to road and doors that open to the outside. Breakfast was fairly standard for a QI. The check in clerk did not hassle me about my service dog The bad side. I stay in a lot of QI's. I travel with my service dog, so my needs In a hotel are a little different. There is trash EVERYWHERE. In the stairwell, in the grass, everywhere. It was tough to find a spot for my dog to do business (we always pick up) that wasn't littered with food waste, cigarette buts, discarded beer cans and broken glass. Everything is filthy outside the rooms. Over flowing trash cans, full trash bags sitting outside the rooms. And for a non smoking property, the whole place reeks of weed. As you passrooms, you smell it, in the stairwells and all around the building. There are always people loitering, and several families living there - so feral children roaming the property. I did not feel unsafe - but wouldn't leave anything unattended, either. For $53 a night, it was acceptable, but I would have been more satisfied if I didn't need to see to the needs of my dog, Mauni Shroff, Owner at Quality Inn, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback with us. Does not live up to the "Quality"

    rating16 Sept 2024

The hotel does not live up to the name "Quality". When I first checked in, I was given a room that smelled of cigarette smoke although beit there is a "strict" NO SMOKING policy. I went to the receptionist to ask for a change of room in which they did that had much cleaner air than the one before and it was very close to the lobby. Although the change of room, which was better, I wasn't very satisfied. The microwave had food remaining from a previous guest. The room has no safe to keep your valuables. In the bathroom, the air vent louvers were very dirty....and I really mean very dirty.Unless this establishment improves on its "Quality", I will NEVER patronize it EVER AGAIN. They need to get their act together Mauni Shroff, Owner at Quality Inn, responded to this review Hi [Guest's Name],Thank you for sharing your feedback with us.
