    Loved this place. It was all I was looking for - somewhere clean, quiet, safe, with a pool, breakfast and close proximity to the beach (a whole 50m walk). I had a very small room - the bed took up most of it - but the air conditioning worked perfectly, had a little bar fridge, and bathroom was also clean. Every day, the cleaners did a great job cleaning and making the bed. The pool area is just beautiful. The lovely Fotini looked after me, with a friendly Kalimera to start the day and asking what I wanted for breakfast.Sure, the breakfast was relatively basic, but it was all I needed.

    Where do I start? We were so disappointed when we arrived at this property.Firstly, if you are booking this property be super careful to check the photos of the individual villas rather than the general photos on the main property listing on booking.com. We were expecting to get a high quality, clean, spacious, villa in a great location, we got the opposite. We had a private jacuzzi - it was dirty from the previous guests.None of the bathrooms had locks on the doors.The toilet was dirty. The sheets on the beds were not properly cleaned (one had blood on it). Our "view" was a building site.The manager didn't want to hear our concerns, couldn't care less actually. He walked away while my wife was talking to him. We didn't try the breakfast due to the poor condition of the property.It was so bad we checked out a day early to return to Athens - and this was the best decision we made on this holiday.

    Lovely facilities and a very welcoming staff. Everything was pristine the only criticism I’d have was that the kitchen facilities were slightly lacking but this didn’t detract from the quality of the overall stay whatsoever.

    We are here at the moment and can not fault it. Wonderful clean villa, comfy beds and lots of space. Amazing hot tub on the roof terrace. The grounds and pool are fantastic and it’s just a two minute walk to the beaches and restaurants but still lovely and peaceful. I am so confused by previous reviews as we have very high standards. Breakfast is quite basic but good value for money and exactly what we needed. The staff have been so kind and helpful too. We would highly recommend a stay here and would love to return.

    DEFINITELY NOT LUXURY!! BASIC OR BELOW!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!We paid top price for luxury and got very basic and inferior and dirty kitchen utensils. The manager had absolutely no idea of what is needed in a kitchen! We had to ask asked him for basic kitchen utensils and other basics. Crockery and cutlery were mismatched. Basic cooking utensils missing. We were plagued by mosquitoes. We paid in advance for breakfast but it was horrible so we made our own breakfast. There was no place in the kitchen for four of us to sit and eat breakfast. After a few days we gave up on the manager. He thought a bottle of wine could cover his total lack of ability!
