    Absolutely amazing place when I had a few issues with my card the staff tirelessly worked with me to ensure that everything got up-to-date and in order and just absolutely incredible. I was very impressed with the service and I can’t wait to come again and bring clients and friends as well to the place.

    This hotel is located in convenient DuPont Station which is very walkable for restaurants, a park, etc. The hotel is bright and clean with friendly staff. Stayed in room 310 which is large and clean. Beds were comfortable, bedding was good quality, shower pressure was good, room darkening curtains helped and soundproofing was adequate.The CONS were: as previous reviews state the pool is much too cold to swim in, although the hot tub was fine, which was disappointing after a long drive ☹️ AND seeing that management had previously responded to this issue with no changes made. The bath towels are small and skimpy. The breakfast room is spacious and inviting, but the "hot" food was all cold! The attendant acted like she was barely able to function and made only token gestures toward keeping things replenished...I opted for yogurt. Would recommend a stay here with the above notations.     We were in area after family vacation and this hotel was convenient for our needs. Clean and nice location. A little far of a drive to Mt Rainier but doable. Also nice restaurant walking distance. They also provide military family discount.     Disappointing Experience

    The room was clean. Breakfast was the same everyday. Pool was ice cold. Different staff member gave different excuses as to why. There was no hot water to shower in the mornings. The staff said it happens all the time when they are full.
