    Hotel was clean enough, however, reception is under construction so there was absolutely zero communication. No breakfast, limited coffee in the room, no hair dryer. In my opinion, if breakfast area was shut down, they should have offered a voucher towards breakfast at one of the nearby coffee shops. As it was we paid full price for the room and then still had to drop another 10 to $20 for breakfast everyday. I would probably not stay here again

    The polis Naxos is an Amazing hotel ,everything is excellent room very clean very well maintained breakfast very delicious , it is close to everything and facilities , there is a parking next to the hotel if you decide to rent a car , 3 min walk to the bus station and 5 min walk to the old town.The stuff very friendly especially John very welcoming very helpful to explain how to explore the island . I Highly recommend this hotel . Thank you for an amazing vacation..

    Hubby and I had the most pleasurable stay at the Polis of Naxos Boutique Hotel in Naxos! Extremely cordial staff, a decent breakfast buffet and a very spacious room. I must mention that we chatted with the proprietor on several occasions (an elderly Greek gentleman who made us feel comfortable and feel at home - definitely a highlight of our stay!) Conveniently located (markets and restaurants were a few blocks away and the main drag was not too far.) A very well ran establishment :-)

    This hotel was style over substance. Upgraded to a suite however the facilities did not match the rhetoric. Drying rack fell off the wall, door lock faulty, safe instructions didn’t correspond with safe, lots of stairs to the suites which were up the road from the main hotel. Breakfast was inadequate, no orange juice for 2 days, hot food was cold. On the whole the hotel had an air of being ‘unfinished’. Do not believe what you see in the photographs!

    My family and I stayed at this hotel for 1 week. It was wonderful. It was close to the port and old town. The rooms were modern and clean. The breakfast was varied and made with fresh ingredients. The staff was super helpful. I would definitely come back to this hotel. A shout out to Maria and Alex for their help and truly amazing suggestions. Thank you !
