  The location of the hotel is amazing. It's just 2 minutes from the main beach of Naxos, there are shops around and it's just 5-10 minutes walking from the centre of Naxos town where all tavernas, bars etc are. I was really impressed by the staff, they were some of the friendliest people I have met! They were very talkative, gave us some tips, provided me with an iron when I needed and were overall very helpful. They also gave us sun umbrellas for free to use when we go to the beach and we just had to return them after. The place was really cheap and I think it was definitely worth the money! Yes, it needs a little bit of renovation, we had some problems with flushing the toilet, but it was clean, it had a small kitchen with some good kitchenware and a good size room. So I was more happy with that for the price we paid. And as I said, the staff made our experience even better! Will visit again for sure

  Pros: close to Naxos town centre (12 min walk) and temple of Apollo, air conditioning, nice owner (dropped us to the port), buzzer for reception so you can contact owner whenever, close to cafes and restaurants, wifi, close to the beachCons: no front desk so you have to inform the owner when arriving so he can give you the key, no furniture except beds and a dresser (patio furniture was inside as well), shower made bathroom wet because there was no divide between the shower and bathroom floor, only hand towels were given (no bath towels), no bathroom supplies (ex. bath soap), very uncomfortable beds and pillows, we were on the basement floor so many people could stare into our studio, limited outlets on the walls

  Stay away from this place. I was treated so badly by the owner just because I asked him for shampoo and to help me with the AC. He came into my room and screamed at me in front of my son who got very scared. Aside from that, the rooms are not well stocked, there is no reception, the owner is extremely rude and it’s dirty and run down. Stay away! For the same price you can stay in a much better place with more amenities.

  Perfect Place to Stay in Naxos Town

  Excellent location close to everything, spotlessly clean rooms with cooking facilities, bigger than average bathroom for the type of accommodation with complimentary toiletries, balcony or patio with washing line. I stayed twice; first I was in a basement room which was cooler so I didn't need to use the aircon and second time I had ferry strike issues and was in a higher level room. Really loved this place and highly recommended it. Fanis was a fantastic host who was friendly, kind, helpful and always available. He is a lovely character and when I called him looking for a last minute room thanks to the ferry strike, he was so helpful, got me into a studio straight away which was amazing as I'd been on the only ferry travelling from early in the morning. When the strike finished later in the afternoon, I had to leave the same night and he told me if there were any other ferry problems to just give him a call and he'd pick me up.Thank you Fanis and your staff for a wonderful stay.   See you next summer :) We had a really good time here. Location, accommodation..everything was great! It was really nice to have an own, fully equipped kitchen, a nice bathroom and an own balcony. We would definitely come back! Thank you:)
