    Super clean, perfect location in the heart of Naxos Town. Very modern rooms, well-appointed, spacious lobby area and friendly, helpful staff. Fun tourist shopping and fabulous restaurants right outside the door. Short walk to St. George Beach

    Horrible. Beyond loud. Shower doors did not meet and repaired sloppily leading to leak. Beyond small rooms. Worst breakfast of 5 hotels we stayed at as we toured Greece. Managememt completely rude/disinterested in customer care. Perhaps this hotel was good in the past but numerous guests complained bitterly.

    I travelled with a group of eight June 2022. This was my third time in Naxos but the first for my friends. The hotel is in a prime location, close to bars, restaurants and the ferry. The rooms are updated, at least the rooms we had were. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I would for sure return and recommend.

    Excited to start our vacation with a suite at this hotel with two balconies. Well, the website description and reality are very different. The 'suite' that was to have a king bed and sofa bed, had a king bed and two twin beds. No couch, no place for two people to even sit in the room without sitting on the bed. When I asked the front desk about the description, they informed me that a sofa bed was one of the twin beds that could be folded into an ottoman. The balconies were very small, about the width of a plastic chair. My vision of sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view immediately vanished. The room was also very plain and basic. It was relatively clean with the exception of a dirty towel that was left inside the bathroom vanity - maids must have missed it.While the room was a great disappointment, the staff exceed any expectations I had. They were great. The breakfast was also a very pleasant surprise. So, if you are looking for a BASIC room in a great location, this is the place. Just no views except of the neighboring shops.

    Not bad for a cheap hotel

    Not bad for a cheap hotel. The nice thing is that it is in a great location. Decent breakfast. Nothing fancy, you have to make your own bed, they leave the sheets on top of the bed. The air conditioning was bad. The thermostat requires an engineering degree to understand. The AC shut off when you take the key off and the room heats up fast, so it is hot when you get back to your room and it takes forever to cool the room. You get what you pay for.
