    Overall Impression: While the hotel's beachfront location and decent breakfast are commendable, the outdated and poorly maintained rooms significantly detract from the experience.Room Issues:Retro Vibe: The room's decor and furnishings felt decidedly dated, reminiscent of the 1980s.Tiny Space: The room was on the small side, making it feel cramped.Maintenance Concerns: Scratched furniture and exposed cables indicated a lack of proper maintenance.Safety Hazard: The mini fridge's precarious position on a raft raised safety concerns.Hygiene Issues: The room was not adequately clean, which is a significant drawback.Positive Aspects:Prime Location: The hotel's beachfront location is undoubtedly a major selling point.Varied Breakfast: The breakfast offered a good variety of options to cater to different tastes.Conclusion:While Hotel Amaryllis offers a convenient location and satisfying breakfast, the substandard room conditions significantly impact the overall experience.     Beautiful Golden Beach!

    Excellent location right on Golden Beach. I wasn't too sure what to expect, as the more well known hotel right next door, is much more expensive and has alot of reviews. However we booked this, and i loved it! It is right on the beach, they have tons of lounge chairs just for the guests. We managed to get the big beds everydays, that we loved.The beach is steps away, and there is a shower to rinse off after coming out of the sea. The onsite restaurant was really good and excellent value for the area. This is a super chilled place, not too noisy and not a super party crowd when we were there.We did get breakfast every morning, it was a good breakfast. It met all our needs.We walked to Drios for the restaurants, and it is an easy 10 min walk along the sea shore. We also walked in the evening to Piso Livati - which took about 45 mins. But such an amazing walk. Came home only using the full moon, it was absolutely magical! Next time i might take a flashlight. I would 100% go back again.

    Breakfast not allowed in the room!!!!! Not even at the balcony!!!!!!!!Sun bed and umbrella set for 50 euro per day at the beach, free set at the garden of the hotel. Nice view from the first floor balcony sea side. For more than 220 euro per night I believe there are better options!!!

    We arrived right before the busy season & feel a little bit like "quiet before the storm".The staff is very professional & extremely friendly.It's very clear that they've been looking forward to having guests again.The hotel is good quality & the beds are nice & not too soft like I experience in many other hotels.The beach is amazing & the hotel has its own lounge area just before the beach.The breakfast is very nice as well.The 4 of us have a family room, with two bedrooms & a nice large balcony.

    I loved it here in May.I was after this,at others around,but its the most convenient.You don't get tired by getting in a car just to find a better seaside on the island because it's just.. the best.Thanks to the staff,Christos,Eirini,Elina,Stefanos,Dimitris.Very polite and helpful.Like a family to me.I'll for sure come next year.
