  We booked 2 rooms for a business trip for the end of February 2026, at the 5th of the same month. We had to cancel the rooms an hour after booking them due to changes in the trip. Then the nightmare began.. Although we made the booking via the hotel's official website (the hotel being in Thessaloniki, GR) we were informed that there is a tourist agent in Atlanta US that we needed to call in order to arrange the cancellation and refund.The US tourist agent was extremely difficult to reach, and when we finally managed to contact them they delayed the cancellation several days to be able to charge us a cancellation fee. Finally, for a 136 EUR rooms we got refunded 21 EUR. Meanwhile the hotel reception was telling us that they cannot do anything about it. In the end, the phone billing for all the communications to the US agent cost more that the room it self Such a sad way to treat customers, stay away..

  It is the ugliest 4-star hotel I have ever seen because: - there are bars on the windows - it is not cleaned, especially the tiles are filthy. - the cards to open the door do not work. - there are no sockets in the room. - the furniture is worn out and the linens are very worn and unwashed. - the pictures do not correspond to reality. - I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!

  Family room is quite comfortable as in fact there are 2 premises there which is plus. Good internet connection is second pros I see. And that’s all… Walls do not reduce any noise. You can easily wake up at night hearing strange sounds. Interior design we were expecting to be extraordinary and that is the fact, but if you have 2 rooms with 2 tv devices and both are broken is this a part of decoration too? In addition to that, room with two separate beds had light that was very dark which is definetely not healthy for anyone. Bathroom requieres renovation too but at least hot water and hair dryier was included. Breakfast were also quite poor standard with long quees and lack of place to sit. I read that the best was location, still for our family with 2 kids quite demanding and having that experience I would serach for some place closer to the sea. In general I must admit that it was quite interesting experience. Ps. I recommend using Uber those local drivers are amazing 👏

  We booked this hotel by its pictures. Stayed at A level for 3 nights. Very noisy street and at night time it felt like we were “sleeping” in the street. It was a noisy hotel inside and out. Our floor was smoke free, but the smoke smell from the reception and from the street was annoying.Bathroom door was broken. Otherwise the room was clean.Breakfast was a bit modest.Front desk was quite helpful with helping to fix the bathroom door.If you choose this hotel, pls make sure that you stay on upper floors.
