  A beautiful stay

  We did not spend much time in the hotel, but the room was clean, and the service was amazing. There is a lovely beach nearby, but watch out for sea urchins, as they hurt to step on, and there are many. The hotel manager even called a driver for us and recommended a restaurant nearby with breakfast food that gave us a ten percent discount for staying at livadia.

  I'm ashamed for themi leave in paros all the year and I come for many year and I speak about Livadia to all me friend and visitor . I know the owners from before and we hade all the time nice relation. It’s finish This morning I come with a friend and E wanted an omelette who is in the menu . They speak : no omelette after 12:00! The kitchen is open , 4 tables only and …. No omelette because it is more than 12:00 !!!! Not a joke We was 4 peoples who want to take lunch and finally we move to an other restaurant .You do not want my money ??? I do not ask a spéciale price, juste one omelette that is in your catalogue . You loose today more than 4 lunch , your integrity and lot of customer Ok, this time is busy for you but we will remember want the wind will turn !! It is with regret that I put an end, as well as my friends, to 20 years of loyalty with you. I'm sad …. for you.

  Right on the beach many restaurants near by. Ten mins walk from ferry port and on the opposite side there’s a couple of beaches with chairs/umbrellas for 15euro for two people. There’s also plenty of room to lay your own towels down and have a bit of seclusion. Irene was so helpful and kind to us. Our room was Spacious with a beautiful balcony on the backside overlooking the hills and sunrise in the morning was spectacular. Bus to naousa 12 mins. This place was not just clean it was absolutely spotless. Will stay again on our next trip to Paros. There’s a hair dryer and the AC works perfectly. Restaurant downstairs as well. Perfect area right on the beach.

  This is our "go to" breakfast place and fun dinner place, especially when they have entertainment. Spacious, beautiful inside, and the outdoor dining right on the water is spectacular! You can have your toes in the sand and a drink in your hand day or night! Best potatoes with your breakfast on the island! There is also several "beach bars" to walk to nearby, swimming lanes, beach volleyball and quite the place for outdoor fun! A quick walk from the Hotel past the port to Parikia Town!

  Livadia is what you think of when you think simple Greek-hotel-on-the-beach. Simple, quiet, on the beach but only 700 meters from the ferry. Run by a warm, hip couple with great taste in music, it’s convenient to everything (restaurants, markets, the quay where fishermen mend their nets), but quiet, peaceful. The rooms are simple, restful, calm, with a refrigerator for left overs and cold drinks and a water boiler for coffee and tea. There is no road noise and early in the morning you hear roosters calling from far away. A kitten bothers you when you eat downstairs in the open dining room. Waiters gently carry it away, but it always comes back.The WiFi is fast and strong and there are many power outlets. They keep you in coffee as you work and write. A little girl does her homework nearby and a Brit cheers a rugby game playing on a TV in the corner. A sailing team drills just offshore, tacking and coming about at the sound of a coach’s whistle.Superb food — there is little reason to go anywhere else. Exceptional value. The days fly by when you’re there…
