    Very pleasant stay

    I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. I was traveling alone so the room was not very large. I had a small balcony with road view but it was very quiet. On the other hand the beautiful breakfast room/terrace had an extraordinary view of the bay, it was a dream landscape. In addition, the all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast was very plentiful and varied with daily changes and exceptional homemade orange juices. The staff was available and absolutely adorable, always ready to respond to any inquiries and to render service. The hotel is located five minutes walk from Parikia and yet in a very quiet location. The only downside: no private parking space belonging to the hotel to park the rental car, but I always found space in May. Originally submitted in French on www.tripadvisor.fr. View originals.

    Terrible owner who should simply think about retiring rather than keep running his hotel like in the 80’s. Got completely aggressed upon checking in when asking for a double bed since they gave us two singles. After that poor episode, we went to get our luggage and when entering the hotel again, he flushed the booking paper in my face telling me this was what I booked and when ignoring him and passing beside, he forced his way in to the room by putting his feet, only for me to smash it back on him. He then shouted again through the door saying he didn’t want us in his hotel and he would call the police. I proceeded by calling them myself as we wanted out of this hell hole of an hotel. Since booking was non refundable, police couldn’t help much and the owner just wanted his money so backed down from his arrogance and ignorance. Terrible rooms, breakfast worst than in a dinner, noise coming out from every wall and angles in the room. Just TERRIBLE choice to book there. We ended up leaving two days early to check in another property that was amazing and glad we were. Since no refund, we decided to check to see what they did with the room and had put a DO NOT DISTURB sign. Not to our surprise, the room had been cleaned up, sign removed and for sure ready to be sold again to make more money as another malpractice from crooks. The answer to this review will for sure includes more lies and probably say we did things we didn’t do but for anyone reading this, rest assured I am only saying part of the nightmare we had staying there and I strongly recommend anyone not to book there

    Very poor customer service. Managers just underground.We had to postpone our arrival date one day behind due to the ferry connection. On Booking.com we had the option, if the provider agrees, to move the day of arrival back one day free of charge. So we would not have to pay the night we cannot arrive.The provider responded to this request very dismissively and was not willing to help us. After several inquiries via mail we called the hotel. The employee told us that they do not accept changes due to the money, even if Booking has already agreed to the change. Then I connected with the boss and mended his understanding. The decision on a waiver of the first night is up to each provider. However, the boss confirmed to me after repeated inquiries that “money” is more important to him than the “costumer journey”.When I kindly pointed out to him that we would also lose money as a result of the situation, I got the answer that we lose money better than he did. Not to be beaten in brazenness.Unfortunately, such scenarios appear more often in the reviews. Money is probably more important in this accommodation than the friendliness of the guests. There are many other nice accommodations in Paros, avoid this hotel as much as you can.The manager is unable to manage such a hotel. Originally submitted in German on www.tripadvisor.com.     Great clean friendly with amazing view!!

    We had the best experience at this hotel!! We had room 103 beautiful view!! The hotel is near town and the port. We absolutely love it!! The people there can not do enough for us!! They are wonderful especially Maria in the restaurant!! We arrived late (our ferry was cancelled) and the restaurant was closing but she stayed and cooked for us!! We felt like family!! Super clean! Great stay!!

    Book with caution. Ac takes 3-4 hours to cool down the rooms. Mountain View means looking into 3 parking lots. Breakfast is meager. On the far edge of Parikia, closest mini mart is down a dark street with high traffic. (The store is old school but has what you need) The only upside would be the view from the sea side IF you are lucky to book that side. The deck on the backside is pleasant…. The room however was an OVEN! Not what you want to return to after being in the sun all day. If you think you will just run the ac and go get dinner, there is a key system to cut off electricity when u leave. Opening the balcony also cuts off ac. I found this suffocating. Left to get another hotel after 1 nite.
