Boutique hotel with tons of Greek charm

    rating01 Oct 2025

Paros Palace offers plenty of Greek charm. The hotel grounds beautiful and the room is spotless. When we walked into the room, I could smell the cleaning solution. If you are a clean freak, you will feel comfortable here. The whole room is white washed from floor to ceiling, and there was no visible dirt nor stain. The outdoor pool/patio space is very spacious. There was a small pool, two loungers, love seat, cushioned chair, and even a day bed with tons of pillows. The tall hedges made it feel private even though it was next to a walkway/driveway. The restaurant where the breakfast is served has an amazing view of the island and sea and the food was pretty good. It's not a large buffet with loads of choices - no made to order egg station nor sliced up fruits, but the selections offered were more than adequate. The breakfast attendants were so helpful. One day, the waiter walked across the restaurant to take pictures of us when he saw we were taking selfies, and some of the photos he took are some of my favorites from the trip. Thank you!The location of the hotel isn't bad because it's less than 5 mins to Parikia, but you do need to use the hotel shuttle to get there because the roads are busy and there are no sidewalk. The hotel shuttle was always available when we needed it and came to pick us up quickly from the Parikia port. However, I wish I had stayed at a hotel in a walkable area. But Paros Palace offers a fantastic view of the island being that it's on a hill.As far as the location of our suite, I wasn't too crazy about it. Our suit (401) was right above the bar/pool area. I was worried about the music and noise from the bar area, but it wasn't loud, thankfully. However, if someone is smoking right below in the bar area, the smoke travels up to the patio, so one night I had to cut my patio time short. While there was a view, it was somewhat limited, only one spot in the outdoor patio offered an expansive view of the island while sitting down. Also, there's a double glass door to the outside but no window in the bedroom, so there was no view of the island from the room, just a view of the patio. While the room is thoughtfully decorated and adorable, it lacks some function. First, there were no dressers. There were open shelves, but I didn't want to have all my clothes and stuff piled on the open shelves. I didn't want to look at piles of clothes every time I entered the room since they are the first thing you see. There was a cabinet with doors but it was so high up that it was useless. There was no luggage stand, which would've been nice. However, there is a seating area to place the suitcases next to the open shelves. The bed is on a stone platform but it's kind of high. If you have mobility issues, it would be difficult to get in and out. The AC worked well, but it made wind sound. It was kind of like white noise that drowned out outside noise, so I didn't mind it (not that it was noisy outside.) Since the hotel is on a hill, you do have to walk up a steep hill or stairs to get to your room. There's no elevator. The shuttle driver will drive up to your suite for check in and check out only, so you don't have to worry about lugging your suitcases. However, for drop offs and pick ups to and from town, you have to do it at the front of the lobby. You'll be treated to plenty of house music of Mykonos in the shuttle. :DWe didn't rent a car, but there's plenty of free parking on the hotel premise. Although I was told that all the rooms are booked, breakfast time was never busy. We were out and about most of the day and when we returned to the hotel, the evening was pretty quiet and peaceful. The suites are very private and you didn't hear any noise next door. The bed, sheets, and pillows were all very comfortable and towels are good quality. They care a lot about their towels! The shower had good water pressure with plenty of hot water. Don't expect over the top hospitality with warm and friendly service and you'll be fine. Overall, it's a lovely hotel for a comfortable stay in Paros.

Paros Palace a true Greece Experience

    rating15 Sept 2025

Me and my husband loved our stay at Paros Palace. Owner is a welcoming energy to his home. The staff was attentive and helpful. Views are unmatched. Rooms were clean spacious and as advertised. This is a special island and respecting the culture is a must. We would come back to this secret getaway time and time again. Thank you again for sharing your culture and hotel with us!

Beautiful Property, Great Staff — But a Rough Start

    rating06 Jul 2025

Paros Palace is a stunning hotel with beautifully maintained facilities, spacious and modern rooms, and a peaceful location that made for a relaxing June getaway. The venue itself is well-designed and very comfortable, with highlights including a scenic pool area and a cozy atmosphere throughout the property.A special mention goes to the staff—especially the friendly pool bartender and Costa, who went above and beyond in his many roles as concierge, driver, and all-around helper. Their warmth and attentiveness added a lovely personal touch to our stay.Unfortunately, the check-in process for one of our rooms did cast a shadow on an otherwise lovely experience. While our own check-in was smooth, my mother’s room was delayed, and follow-ups were met with unexpected hostility from one of the reception staff. The situation escalated unnecessarily and left us hesitant to reach out for help during the rest of the stay, which was disappointing given how lovely the hotel itself is.Overall, Paros Palace is a wonderful place to stay, and we truly enjoyed our time there—though we hope management can ensure a more welcoming front desk experience for all guests moving forward

    Perfect in Every Way

    rating23 May 2025

It would be impossible to say enough good about this hotel. It was simply perfect. Adorable little sitting rooms all over the property. Our room was chic and comfy with a balcony overlooking the sea. Breakfast was beyond outstanding, as were all the meals we ate here. The restaurant staff was attentive and the food was delicious and abundant. Our driver Constantine was adorable - always happy and never making us feel like an inconvenience, even though we requested drives a couple of times a day (they were free - wow!). One day my husband was ill and Constantine drove him around to find an open pharmacy. Pool was so pretty and the bartender made me a delicious local drink. We SO loved it here and will stay here next time.
