  First appearance looked good and the welcome was nice and rooms seemed aligned to what was advertised and booked, however on exploring the facilities we were then met with areas of untidieness, sunbed furniture which was stained and needed cleaning ..then the room had a number of areas that were unkept..there were more than several areas that had paint on teh tiles and on the floor..old plug sockets...dirty areas on teh doorframes etc...We had a great hottub, peaceful & nice views from our balcony which was a bonus....Overall think it needs updateing as they are trading on the brand name charging an amount which you would expect high standards from.

  Perfect getaway

  We went for our honeymoon and loved the location, staff and breakfast. We stayed in the 3* portion, but were able to use the 4* amenities. The room was spacious, clean and had a great view. The staff were friendly and very helpful with whatever we needed (including late checkout).

  The pros, the amazing breakfasts which were the best we've had in all our Greek island holidays, the Mrs Armelina pool which we had to ourselves as most people gravitated to the pools at Mr &Mrs White.Friendly and helpful staff, easy bus ride to Parikia.The cons, the walk to the beach and the town centre which was down (then back up in the dark) a busy road.

  A very basic hotel if thats what you are looking for, the rooms are not particularly nice and especially our bathroom which was dark and small. We stayed for a few days as part of a bigger tripfor our honeymoon around the different greek islands. We weren't given a drink, anything left in our room and not made to feel special in any way at all which was a huge shame. Staff were nice enough, we were given a bottle of water as "good will" one evening when we asked for some. The location is a good 15-20mins from the town centre so also not an ideal location walking back in the dark uphill at night.Thankfully they have joined up the hotel of Mr and Mrs Armelina to the Mr and Mrs White next door which is the saving grace for this place. The pool area/bar area/breakfast area is quite nice and we had a good experience here.I wouldnt recommend based off the rooms / location but if youre looking for something cheap and cheerful it hits the brief!

  Two Greek friends stayed for three nights. When we arrived we found the sheets dirty (hair and dust). The room we booked was very small (it was not clear from the pictures) and it didn't have any space or furniture to leave our things. There was just an open space wardrobe. The TV was not working and they did not even tried to change or fix it. Moreover, the complimentary toiletries (shampoo) it was clear that they were refilled and not new!!Last but not least for all the aforementioned, each time we needed something we had to go to the reception since there was no phone in the room. The lady in the reception was neither willing nor polite. I do not recommend the place since the price was too high to have such few services.
