    Amazing stay with friends!

    rating10 Jun 2025

We stayed with my friends and had a great time! The view was absolutely magical, especially at night. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. A perfect mix of relaxation and fun! Naoussa Luxury Apartments, Ιδιοκτήτης at Naoussa Hills Boutique Resort, responded to this review thank you

Dilapidated Hotel. Photos on website is not a true reflection.

    rating30 Sept 2024

Naoussa Hills Boutique hotel was n total letdown. It is definitely not a 4-star hotel, closer to 2-star. There seems to be major problems around the property. Maintenance is lacking, rooms were moldy and dirty. Insufficient linen, swimming towels are not readily available at the pool, pool loungers are broken, grass is unkept and grows about ankle height. Paper cups were provided in the rooms for coffee, but was never replaced throughout our stay. They charge €1.50 per Nespresso pod which is very expensive. The hotel advertises on their website that they have a shuttle/transfer service. This is a lie as they don't have such a service. There is also not a functioning restaurant or bar, even though this was advertised. We were repeatedly told to speak to the owner about the issues we were having, but he was never available except for the last day where he was extremely rude to his staff as well as guests. It also appears that he is applying abusive labour practices as staff works from 6am till 11pm. Breakfast is very very bad and not on par with other (more affordable) hotels on the islands. Breakfast mainly consists of items that comes from a box or a packet. Really very disappointed. Don't book at this hotel, it is a ripoff. Naoussa Luxury Apartments, Ιδιοκτήτης at Naoussa Hills Boutique Resort, responded to this review This is an untrue review and definetely written to mislead customers. For instance , the comment for espresso , they found the price very expensive , €1.50 !!!! Besides there is free instant coffe and free selection of teas . Very Miserable people , very miserable comments. NO NEED TO DEAL WITH THE REST OF THE COMMENTS. VERY STRAGE PERSON.

Really bad service and really poor value for money.

    rating26 Aug 2024

The resort is supposed to be a 5 star resort.I think it it more a 2 star. The service was really poorThe rooms where not very cleanI requested a blanket, only received a 1/2 blanket. Used the second sheet for a blanket, after cleaning the room it was removed. The breakfast was very sad, they seemed to give you the same hard boiled eggs that were from the previous days. The bread was oldThere were very little optionsThe fruit salad also seemed that it was from the previous daysThe coffee was really badThey would put out on display only 4 fresh fried eggs. The grass was not cutThe restaurant was closed during the dayThe bar at the swimming pool was non operationalThere were no towels at the poolThe cups in the room was throw away cups and not replaced dailyOne had to pay €1.5 for a coffee pod in the room at a 5 star resort!! Really strangeStayed in room 41, the bathroom had a really bad smell. The shower did not properly drain. We also do not understand why we where booked in a different type of rooms then our friendsThe resort advertised a shuttle service to Naoussa, however there is no shuttle serviceThe 1 staff member complained about very poor treatment and I witnessed the owner screaming at the staff member. I do not think the employee should be complaining to customers. The staff should be well trained in customer service and the owner should take responsibility for his asset. The owner then also proceeded to swear at us - specifically at myself and then disappeared in a huff before we could list our complaints. We were referred to the owner with complaints, however he was never around for us to discuss our grievances, and then when he was there he just left. Do yourself a favor and DO not book this hotel / resort. The customer/ client is definitely not valued at this facility. It was a really bad experience. No value for money. One feels as if one was robbed of good money at a bad place. This hotel is not fit for purpose!

    rating23 Aug 2024

At £225 per night this hotel is extremely bad value for money. We booked through Expedia and the photos shown do not represent the current state that the hotel is in.They do not have;A functioning restaurant (with the exception of providing breakfast)They do not have a properly functioning pool bar, coffee shop/cafe, Snack bar/deli and bar/lounge, as per the listing their own website. There was nobody at reception to greet us, and a very rushed welcome when someone finally appeared. There appears to be one very stressed manager (wearing a dirty polo shirt) upon which everything seems to fall. When we asked about an evening meal we were told there was nothing apart from breakfast and that we could hire a car or pay €45 each way for a taxi to get to naoussa town. The room was shabby and worn as were the hotel grounds, which were littered with debris from rubbish to work tools, and there was a broken pane of glass at the entrance to the breakfast room.We are unable to comment on the comfort of the bed, and quality of the breakfast as we left immediately, thanks to Expedia sorting alternative accomodation. Please also read carefully reviews left by other travellers.

    Luxurious Retreat

The elegant, spacious rooms and infinity pool provide a luxurious and relaxing stay. The on-site restaurant serves delicious Mediterranean dishes, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. Conveniently close to Naoussa's beaches and nightlife, this resort is perfect for a peaceful or romantic getaway.
