  Hard to review this hotel. The staff were excellent apart from the one with the pony tail at the pool bar. Its a lovely hotel but in completely the wrong location for myself. its so isolated and has absolutely zero atmosphere and very few activities and entertainment was very poor and German biased. In case of inclement weather there is absolutely nothing to do at this hotel. You can get a bus into Kos town and stand up for an hour each way with people pushing in the ques - mainly German's in our experience as well as a lot of other Brits who stayed there I talked to) Food appeared nice on first look but it is basically the same every night. Fatty pork or chicken thighs. if all you want to do is sit by the pool or the beach then this hotel is for you. If you dont want to be bored to death and annoyed by rude guests then avoid at all costs.   Amazing hotel in beautiful grounds

  We have just returned from 9 nights at this gorgeous hotel. Its quite simply stunning and we cannot fault it. The grounds are amazing and just so pretty, the beach is a few steps away from the pool and is sandy with plenty of sunbeds. The pool bar and the pool near the slides were great fun. I travelled with a fussy 10 year old and he ate the most he has eaten on an all inclusive holiday. Plenty of options to cater for all tastes plus a BBQ section in the outside seating area. We had a problem with our room booking at first but within a few days this was sorted and we were upgraded to their biggest bungalow which was fantastic. The staff could not do enough to make up for the room booking mistake and went out of their way to ensure we were happy. We hired a car and explored the island but also spent many days in the pool and on the beach. It is in a very remote setting but we were aware of that before we went. We played tennis, played alot of Pool. There were other activities available but we chose not to take part. The street food in the pool bar by the slides was very tasty and available for a large part of the day, not to forget the waffles, crepes and ice cream. We did not have a problem at all with ants, found the food lovely and the accomodation was large and spacious with comfortable beds. Highly recommend this hotel to families and couples alike. We ate in the Al la carte one evening and they have a whats app messaging system that we found extremely convenient.   Brilliant holiday

  This is one of those rare places where the photos do not do the resort justice. When we arrived, we were greeted at the door with a lovely cool drink, and even though only one of our rooms was ready, we were able to use all facilities. The staff are unbelievably lovely. We have not met a single member of staff who did not smile or go out of their way to help. I would definitely recommend this resort to anybody. The only issue we had was one day of rain, but it October and being British it wasn’t a big deal! We had no problem at all with the food and even my picky daughter found enough to eat. We will definitely come back to this or another Grecotel hotel. Amazing place.   Lovely Hotel

  We have just returned from 10 days at the hotel, which is located 20 minutes from the airport, right on the beach and a 20-minute journey into Kos town.We arrived just after midnight and were greeted with snacks in the fridge – a thoughtful touch.The hotel itself is excellent, exceptionally clean and in a quiet location. We were in a room in the main building, and for two people it was very spacious. There are plenty of sun loungers around both pools, and also on the beach. However, what stood out for us both were the staff. They are absolutely outstanding (other than one very rude and miserable supervisor/manager in the Restaurant). We did have one small issue, and it was resolved very quickly. Whilst on our holiday, it was my partners birthday, and a lovely surprise to receive a birthday cake and bottle of fizz. A lovely touch.It’s a 15-minute walk into Marmari, and 20-minute bus journey into Kos Town.The A La Carte restaurant is great. However, you can only dine there once in a 7-day period. Whilst this is detailed on the hotel’s website, it is not mentioned on the TUI website (at time of posting this review). This was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Unfortunately, the biggest let down is the food in the main restaurant. Lots of repetition, and also the food is lukewarm. Possibly as the volume of guests constantly opening the chafing dishes. The snacks at the pool side are lovely, and plenty to choose from. It’s a great hotel for kids, lots of activities to choose from. It was a lovely stay and thank you to the amazing hotel team.   This is our first time to casa paradiso and in fact our first time to Kos. With late check in i expected to have a negative view but was pleasantly surprised on arrival. The hotel is beautiful, kept very clean and spacious. We were met with hospitality, drinks on arrival and snacks in the fridge. The hotel is in a peaceful, tranquil location with breathtaking scenery. The main part of the hotel accomodates a large restaurant with ample outdoor seating alongside the first swimming pool. There are numerous tables and chairs available. Then there are beautiful bungalows stretching down to the beach with a secondary swimming pool and bar. Nestled between are the children play áreas, outdoor gym áreas and área after área of home grown produce. We were captivated by day 1. There is always plenty of food, it is generally the same each day but you can choose different options. Snacks are readily available throughout the day. Entertainment; if you don't enjoy being pestered to participate, this is for you, but there are frequent activities available throughout the day for those who like to be active. Evening Entertainment, not the best, but hey not many all inclusives are. Staff: absolutely amazing, friendly, happy, respectful .... we thank ea ch and everyone of you for making our stay so perfect. Location: easy access to beach where you can walk as long as you want! On bea ch road, there is a bus service to take you into Kos town for € 2.30 each. Here you can do some shopping if wanted . We took a tour to Nisyros Island to see the volcano and local sights. Was absolutely stunning.
