The hotel is situated in a quiet zone in Parikia (Paros Town), located only 550 m from Livadia Beach. The Cathedral of Ekatontapyliani and the Archaeological Museum are both around 700 m away, while the Parikia Fortress & ancient district is about 1 km away. The hotel is 900 m from the centre of Parikia and the main port, 10 km from Naoussa and 50 m from the nearest bus stop. Paros National Airport is 10 km away.

    Do NOT expect a smile from Front Desk !!!

    Location is good, we walked everywhere. Hotel clean, room small and very uncomfortable. Be warned not to expect a smile when you arrive. I was shocked as most Greeks are very friendly but not at the front desk here !!! Breakfast was good and the young man that worked in the dinning room made all the difference, he was a sweetheart. Would NOT recommend.

    Nice sea view from balcony

    Good location - short walk to the beach and town. Road down to the beach not pedestrian friendly though. We had a sea view room with a balcony which was nice, but the bed was very uncomfortable and my husband and I both had sore backs. Breakfast had nice options. Some staff were disinterested which was disappointing.

    We stayed here on a package tour , so the tour company picked this for us . Rooms are basic , but clean . They have a safe and a fridge but no kettle ( I missed this ! ) Our balcony was so small you had to move one chair on to the table and close one shutter then the other chair on to the table to close the other one . Bathroom had a very tiny shower ….not any use for a larger person ! On the positive side : Pleasant and helpful staff and bar prices much less than those premises close to the port .Breakfast is basic but adequate , but lacks hot food - only scrambled eggs supposed to be hot but were actually cold as only a candle under dish to keep them warm .Lack of fresh fruit ( why? on an island abundant with growing fruits ! ) Only tinned fruit cocktail and tinned peaches .It’s a bit of a walk from the hotel to town and care is needed as lack of pavement on bits and it is a very busy and dangerous road . Due to this we always made sure we were back at hotel before dark .Good bakery and supermarket in close proximity to hotel

    Definitely not a 3* Inn.The inn is clean and that is it’s best feature.Rooms are very tiny as are the bathrooms.There was never hot water in the morning.Breakfast buffet consists of bread, sliced meat and cheese, canned fruit and cold scrambled eggs. Happy to move on after 3 nights.

    Very basic - but charming

    I arrived for 4 nights with my husband and 2 children (22 and 19). We were booked here with a tour so I didn't have any say. We first had rooms beside each other with balcony views of the football stadium. Not great. I requested to be moved to rooms with a view of the water and we were moved the second day. Our rooms shared a balcony and we enjoyed the lovely sunsets and views down to the water. This made all the difference! Rooms are clean but very basic. Beds are terrible - hard and very low. Breakfast is limited but has all the basics you'll need and sitting outside to eat on the terrace with water views is nice. The pool area is very small - we went at the end of May and somehow had the pool to ourselves everyday. The woman at the front desk isn't overly friendly but she did offer guidance for where we should go in our rental car. (A car rental place is right across the street). It is an easy walk down to restaurants and the beach. Walking up is a bit of a haul but not hard. However, with all the hotel lacks, it's charm completely won us over. We loved our stay in Paros and the memories we made.
