This hotel is located in Naoussa on the picturesque island of Paros at the heart of the Cyclades. It is a mere 100 m to the centre of Naoussa, 400 m to Aghii Anargyri Beach and 12 km to Parikia.

    Disappointing overall

    This hotel was ok but certainly not 4 star. The room was tired with a tiny window advertised as a pool view. Mould in the bathroom and a blocked shower in our first night. The pool area itself was lovely with a nice bar and friendly Ada in charge. Breakfast was ordinary, no fresh eggs or real coffee. The worst part was the rude and totally unhelpful receptionist. Worst we’ve ever come across. We wouldn’t recommend this hotel or come back.

    Quite old hotel, worn out. Very thin wall between the rooms allow you to hear everything from the other rooms. Small swimming pool rapidly in the shade in the afternoon. In the room a dead orchid was there for decoration. The room was nothing special and quite old with a balcony on a construction siteWe asked for the shuttle before our arrival, we were asked to provide travel information and when we arrive nothing had been done. Very poor customer service. And having spent 4 days there i can tell you that the ladies at the reception are just farting around doing nothing. Breakfast ok but caffe latte and capuccino are not included, for free you’ll get the disgusting American coffee. So in a nutshell bad experience, we really didn’t like the place the worst in 3 weeks in Greece. book a nice boutique hotel somewhere else.

    A wonderful place to stay

    We had an incredible stay at the Zefi Hotel! Our room was beautiful and spacious, the air conditioning worked very well, and our pool was heated nicely. The hotel is in an excellent location just a short walk into town, which had a wide variety of shops restaurants and bars. The pool deck and bar area were lovely and the breakfast food was delicious.Our highlight was meeting the delightful bartender, Ada. She was so friendly and a true pleasure to speak with and learn more about Paris and Greece in general. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience and I was sad to say goodbye! We will absolutely be returning.

    Sad visit. This was by far the worst travel experience. The lady from reservations was extremely arrogant, and unhelpful with any requests. Blunt, and not what you expect from a hospitality service. Overall _ shocking.The room was a massive let down, we paid a lot more for the superior double, there was no hot water. We had a hot tub in our room, no hot water. The lady from reservations, really was just not what you would expect from a hotel. Definitely not what you would want from your holidays. I left shoes behind me, knowing exactly where they were left (under the sink in the bathroom) they were not found by house keeping. A couple at the pool told us of how a new pair of sunglasses went missing from their room in the middle of the day. Reception refused camera access. The area around the pool looks nice, but overall awful experience and would not recommend or return. Georgia Baroutoglou, General Manager at Zefi Hotel & Suites, responded to this review We agree in one aspect. This visit was a Sad Experience for the Hotel too. Guests with massive number of bookings, that were followed by massive cancellations always the moment of payment.Despite this fact, the Hotel offered, Upgrade to a Superior Suite much higher category than the one booked. The Reservations of the Hotel released many bookings at no cost and at no cancellation fee while Guest kept cancelling. Also the Reception offered welcome wine and shots at the pool bar for all 3 Guests.The Reservations Manager was contacted at 23.30 over the phone, when the Guests arrived for the check in and released the cancellation fees, as they had a last minute decision to leave earlier than the planned date.Unfortunately a second booking for the same dates was also cancelled by booking.com. This time the cancellation fees were applied as per booking.com policies, so we guess this made the Reservations Manager arrogant to the Guests.Regarding the shoes of the Guests, that were forgotten by them, the Reception staff informed them, that they were collected and that the Hotel will assist them as per Hotel’s policies to receive them as per their instructions.We thank the Guests for their booking, their review and the experience created to my staff. It is a good case study for trainning

    We were quite disappointed with our stay. It did not live up to our expectations for a 4 star hotel. The pictures did not accurately reflect the rooms. The common areas of the hotel were nice but the rooms were dirty and run down, particularly the bathrooms. The beds were also very firm with cheap and thin bedding. Compared to other four star places we have stayed the service was just okay, nothing negative but nothing above and beyond. Our favorite thing about the hotel was the location, it was close to everything and we really enjoyed being able to walk to dinner and many other things but I think there are better places in the area for a similar price point.
