A great choice for every type of traveler.

    rating16 Apr 2026

This beach hotel truly delivers when it comes to facilities and overall experience. The location is stunning, with direct access to a beautiful stretch of coastline and breathtaking sea views that make it hard to leave. The amenities are top-notch — from the well-maintained pools and fully equipped gym to the spa and excellent on-site dining options. The staff are friendly and professional, always willing to help and quick to respond to requests, which adds a lot to the overall stay. The hotel offers a range of rooms, from simple to more elegant options. However, prices are above average, particularly by Greek market standards. The only downside is that the hotel can get quite crowded, especially during peak times. Common areas like the pool, breakfast area, and beach loungers tend to fill up quickly, which can make the experience feel a bit less exclusive than expected. Despite this, the quality of the facilities and the beautiful setting still make it a highly enjoyable place to stay.Overall, it’s a fantastic choice if you’re looking for a lively beachfront hotel with excellent amenities — just be prepared to share the experience with plenty of other guests.

The place you go back to

    rating06 Nov 2025

You know when you go to a new place and almost instantly you're saying "I wanna come back here!" This was us, been there in July this year and on the second day of our holiday our minds already decided we'll come back. I'm writing this review after 2 days after I have rebooked for 2026. 2 adults and 2 kids, we had an amazing apartment close to everything you need. Nice and clean, good food, good vives, and everything you need for a relaxing holiday.Booked months in advance, so we also got a very good value for money.Weather being awesome 7/7 days, what else could you wish for? Can't wait to go back next July! Nellie Chr, Other at Aldemar Olympian Village, responded to this review Dear Adrian,Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We are thrilled to hear that you and your family had such a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we’re delighted that you’ve already rebooked for 2026. We look forward to welcoming you back next July for another memorable holiday!Kind regards,The Aldemar Olympian Village Team

    Some things disappointed us.

    rating04 Nov 2025

Some things were an unpleasant surprise. We haved vacationing with our family, three people. We bought the main building with a sea view. We got the old room 700 meters from the reception and the main restaurant. Old furniture, very old furniture. Definitely not furniture you would expect in a 5-star hotel. Technically, the room was very old. The cleanliness of the bathroom deserves a rating of 2.5 out of 5.We were also unpleasantly surprised by the reception staff's communication regarding the room. They picked up the phone, listened to us, then we go to the reception and they listened to us again, promised to talk to the manager and will return to us about changing the room, but never did that :) They simply ignored us. We contacted our travel agent, who the hotel also promised to contact with us. But again, silence 😃 And when I was at the reception the next day and greeted the employee I had spoken to about the room, she pretended not to see me and didn't even say hello 😃Everything is understandable, but what upset me the most was being ignored like that. So, on the second day, we understood that no one would communicate with us or offer us anything. Probably, I think the hotel wanted, that us to get tired and just not come back or call anymore. That's what we did, and we continued our vacation. Just keep in mind that if something goes wrong, the hotel won't solve the problem.Pluses:The staff are very nice, very attentive, and always smiling. Service is fast, they are always attentive and always available. The grounds are very well maintained and green.Golf carts drive around the grounds, and you can call them to go to the reception or the restaurant, for example. The wait is about 10 minutes. There are many bars throughout the grounds. The cocktails are delicious, and they have an extensive cocktail menu. The only entertainment is live music.Twice a week, you can go to à la carte restaurants. We went to a Greek tavern and an Italian restaurant. Strangely enough, we liked the Italian restaurant more 😊 It is in a very good location with a view of Zakynthos Island and the sunset. The food was also a pleasant surprise.Another big plus is the sea and the very large sandy beach. The territory is very big, and you can't even tell at first that's a plus or a minus 😊 Personally, we got a room VERY far from the restaurant where breakfast/lunch/dinner is served. And while it was just a walk during breakfast and dinner, BUT it was a challenge during the heat of the day 😊The food on offer is not very varied.I gave the grounds a 4 because there is absolutely nowhere to go outside the grounds. There is one souvenir shop and a couple of taverns. Beyond that, there are fields, fields, fields :) and you need to know and understand that :) Nellie Chr, Other at Aldemar Olympian Village, responded to this review Dear Olga,Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We are pleased that you enjoyed our staff, the grounds, beach, bars, and dining options. We also note your comments regarding the room and distance from the main facilities, which will be taken into consideration as we continue to improve our services. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future.Kind regards,The Aldemar Olympian Village Team

    Swim up room

    rating21 Oct 2025

Swim up room. This is more of an issue with Jet2 Holidays. We booked a swim up room at this hotel. However we did not get a swim up room. The so called swim up rooms are rooms with shared steps to the pool with no private sunbathing space. The description does not mention this, just says swim up room with shared pool. We expected to share a pool, this was not our issue. We did however expect to have a private space and access the pool from our room, as we paid extra to upgrade to this. Completely spoilt our holiday. The hotel rated 4Star plus but parts including our room, was run down and is more like a 3* Hotel comparing it to other 4 star Hotels. Nellie Chr, Other at Aldemar Olympian Village, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for sharing your feedback with us.We are sorry to read that your experience did not fully meet your expectations, particularly regarding the swim-up room.Kindly note that the swim-up room category refers to rooms sharing a common pool, as per the description. Each room features its own private veranda with dedicated furniture, offering a private space, while the pool itself is shared among the specific room block. In your case, although the room allocated was of the type booked, our team made every effort to assist you by presenting alternative room options, so you could choose the one that suited you best.We truly regret any inconvenience caused and appreciate your comments.Kind regards,The Aldemar Olympian Village Team
