Lovely luxury stay, great sea view from the balcony, spotlessly clean. We went in low season so the outside pools were closed and the sea was cold, but our kids loved the inside pool and the views with the palm trees. Had an amazing meal in the Aquarius restaurant and the breakfast had a very wide range of options, including lots of authentic Greek food. Concierges were very helpful including arranging a taxi to take us to Ancient Corinth which I highly recommend. I also made use of the salon and room service-what a treat! I didn’t give 5 stars because navigating around the resort was a bit confusing-for example I assumed I couldn’t take the children near the casino area but that’s where the kids club was! We only worked out there was pizza available at the bar because we saw someone else eating it. Perhaps a guide to the resort and what food options are available on arrival would be helpful. Staff attitude varied-some were extremely helpful and friendly (in the restaurant, the spa and the reception) whereas others were a bit rude and abrupt (at the bar I was made to feel it was irritating we were there low season. The children felt a bit out of place amongst all the wealthy Casino-goers). The beach had some litter which was disappointing and was a clear sign we were there low season. Overall though this was excellent value for a luxurious resort and we had a lovely time.

A 3 star old fashioned hotel at best. Old fashion room with scratched wood furnishings, tacky fake roses in boxed cases reminiscent of a 3X hotel. The mattress and pillows were old and lacked any support and at a 5star accommodation you would expect the ultimate comfoort. We hhad nooked a late check out and simply decided to leave early. Lack of sound proofing, smell from sewers at night time and no way to put on air conditioning as the room was incredibly hot. Blood stain on sheet and no real assistance from staff even though we complained. We even had to wait for a table at breakfast which although plentiful and of good quality it too has not changed since the hotel opened 30 years ago. Not the best experience at all. Cocktails at the bar were very good however and bar staff were helpful and kind as were the staff in the restaurant at breakfast. Hostess however had a bit of an attitude. Reception staff upon arrival were very helpful, upon departure however the staff were a bit abrupt at reception.

Spacious, clean and very comfortable room, good breakfast, good location, the indoor pool and jacuzzi are very large, courteous and efficient staff. There are too few electrical outlets in the room.
