We spent two weeks here, I always try to give an honest and true review, lets start with the location, you definatley need a car, we had one so we could get out and about. The hotel is situated on a hillside and there are lots of steps to accend, so if you have mobility issues I would double check with the Hotel and request a lower floor room before you book. The staff were excellant nothing was to much trouble, the pool man / gardener could be a bit on the grumpy side but understandably.. as the pool does not open until 11am and there were a few people who tried to use it before 11, "me included" so I got my wrist slapped "and quite rightly so," it does not open until 11am for a reason. The pool bar and resturant staff were very helpful, you dont need to get off your sun bed they will come and ask if you need anything, all of them really helpfull and politeThe menu is amazing all freshley cooked I tried everything on the menu, we only ate out once as I was so impressed. The beach is just down the road, what a truley great experiance we went several times, every time it was almost empty, if you speak with the very friendley Demitre on recieption he will supply you with a sun umbrella to borrow. If you want a truley relaxing holiday you have to visit, its certainley on my to go again list .....absolutley amazing.

Super hotel.

A fantastic hotel in a quiet location with a fantastic view. It has everything you need for an amazing vacation. You can have a wonderful beach with a turtle sanctuary all to yourself, just 500 meters from the hotel. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. And very importantly – it's for adults only

Comfort and Relaxation with a Beautiful View.
23 Jun 2025
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well maintained, family run hotel with beautiful sea views over the bay of Kiparissia. We stayed in junior suite 104. It was spacious and clean, with good facilities as detailed. The large bed was very comfortable as were the pillows.Large balcony to appreciate the view and take in the sunset. The bedding and towels were changed every two days. Rooms cleaned daily. Towels for the pool provided on request at reception.Coffee making facility provided (kettle & Cups) coffee and sugar provided on arrival along with bottled water, but not replenished daily. The swimming pool was really nice, cleaned daily. All staff were polite and friendly.Dimitrious and Yannis were particularly helpful recommending places to visit or answering any questions you may have. The breakfast selection was extensive with hot and cold options and a good range of continental choice. We dined in the restaurant in the evening on a couple of occasions which was nice with a good ambience. If like us you like to get out and about and explore, you definitely need a car. There are a number of restaurants in Kalo Nero and Kiparissia worth visiting. With regard to the whirlpool, this is based on the ground level shared between Junior suites 101 to 105.We did not get round to using the spa facilities as we were only there for a week.We visited Olympia which is practically a must do. If you have a car it is easy to get there and only about 40 minutes drive. 20 euros pp admission which gets you entry to the site and museum. We had pre booked a coach excursion which cost £63 each through jet2 before we decided to book a hire car. With hindsight we would have made our own way there, as this did not include the 20 euros pp entrance fee!Lake Kaiafas is peaceful and scenic and worth a visit. We also visited Palace of Nestor and Tholos Tomb 10 euros pp entry, worth visiting.Kiparissia Castle is free entry but with limited access due to health and safety matters. Worth a visit for the views and nearby tavernas. There are a lot of nice beaches to visit in the area, however in May the season is just beginning so not many were up and running with provision of sunbeds. Some beach bars were yet to open.Overall we had an enjoyable relaxing stay.

Time to unwind.

We booked here for a night while in the area to see Olympia. Room was for 3 adults - me, my husband and adult daughter. Room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Bed was comfy as was the pillows I would say only a thing missing was a kettle and tea tray. Used the pool - which is stunning, although water very cold. Had a meal here - was really very very good. Can’t fault it at all. We paid for breakfast which was very good quality and definitely worth the money. Slept perfectly well with no noise or disturbances. Didn’t use the spa facilities as felt it was a bit pricey and not the reason for our visit. Interesting steep path from car park to hotel entrance. Also bit of a life in hands moment navigating from our room to the pool - road very steep then goes off in an off angle. Staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all was very good and would recommend. Thanks all for a great stay.

Thank you for choosing our hotel, our location is on the hill with this magnificent panoramic view so is sensible that it is kind of steep for enjoying this landscape. Some of the rooms are equipped with kettle facilities during the season all the rooms will be full equipped so in the next visit you will enjoy your tea at your rooms balcony. Looking forward your next visit!!

Our Own Quite Retreat

This hotel is nestled in a great landscape. The breakfast buffet was good as was the dinner. Our room was very roomy with its own private balcony/patio. The amenities were more than ample with books, sturdy furniture and plenty of storage. The pool area is well maintained and the lobby/reception area is large and inviting.
