A great complex to stay at, very relaxing, we loved our holiday here.

  16 Aug 2026

A lovely complex in well kept grounds, 5-10 mins from village square, restaurants and beach. Our bungalow was large, very clean and comfortable with great private patio. Self catering facilities were great, touches of luxury like slippers and dressing gowns, towels for the pool area, air-con, shower gels, moveable mozzie nets at windows and patio doors. Very peaceful. Pool and bar great. Breakfast was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even helped arrange car hire for us with car delivered to the complex. A lovely relaxing and chilled holiday, just what we needed. Will return and can throughly recommend. ????G?O??S ??????S, ?d???t?t?? at Niriides Luxury Villas, responded to this review We would like to thank you very much for such a kind review! Exceptional accommodation, complex and staff.

Beautiful complex, 5-10 mins from village square and restaurants. (Although one restaurant just outside gate - superb!). Apartments large and very comfortable. Small details great - providing washing up liquid, slipper & dressing gown, great air-con, shower gels, moveable mozzie nets at windows and patio doors. Very peaceful. Pool and bar great. Breakfast were just amazing, everything always refilled, great local food in plenty. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they make the complex so comfortable as well. Nothing too much and always a smile! Would totally return and recommend. ????G?O??S ??????S, ?d???t?t?? at Niriides Luxury Villas, responded to this review We would like to thank you very much for taking time and axpress your experience in our hotel. Cake for breakfast!

  11 Jun 2026

A really first rate accommodation. Villas and I believe a few apartments are grouped round a pool, a bar and breakfast facilities. The units are spacious, well equipped and very well cleaned and maintained. The grounds are attractive and well looked after. Our villa had an open outlook over fields with grazing sheep and goats towards rolling hills. The breakfast was excellent with a meticulously chopped fruit salad to go with yoghourt and honey and hot and cold options, and a superb selection of home cooked bakery. I don’t normally have cake for breakfast but I couldn’t resist them here. The pool is a reasonable size with ample sun loungers for the number of units. The complex is a 5 minute walk from the beach and a 1 minute walk from the nearest restaurant, La Sapienza, which is thoroughly recommended. Methoni is areal town, not just a holiday resort, and the town centre is less then 10 minutes walk away along pleasant semi rural lanes. There are also a number of walks along the coast and through the surrounding countryside. ????G?O??S ??????S, ?d???t?t?? at Niriides Luxury Villas, responded to this review We would like to thank you very much for your kind review! Really apriciate that! We trying our best to provide as much as possible a relaxable and pleasure stay.

  Fantastic stay, will be recommending!

  15 Aug 2025

We are 5 days into our week long stay as a family of 5 with three teenagers. We usually do all inclusive resort style holidays so was unsure how this would compare, we couldn't be more pleased!I'm a travel agent in the UK and will break the review down into key areas, this will be what I will feedback to my customers, I booked this through easyJet holidays as their price for flights and accommodation was unbeatable! LocationThe villas are located in Methoni about an hours drive from Kalamata airport. EasyJet holidays provide a private taxi transfer which was seamless and the driver was waiting for us when we left arrivals. We didn't hire a car on this trip and the resort centre is just a 5-10min walk away where there are multiple bars and restaurants and the beach. The beach beds and parasols tend to be part of one of the bars so rather than a hire fee there is a minimum spend at the bar. There are two small supermarkets to get your essentials from and a lovely bakery selling a wide variety of breads and fresh sweet and savoury pastries. We tended to go there for lunch or grab some bread ham and cheese from the shop to make toasties on the panini maker in the villa. VillaOut Villa was gorgeous pristinely clean and upon check in you choose how often you want to opt for cleaning. Pool towels are provided which is a great touch! Our Villa had two bedrooms, one with an en suite jacuzzi bath and then a sofa bed in the lounge, a well stocked kitchen and two large balcony/terrace areas. The villas are modern with great air con and the showers are hot and powerful! We really couldn't fault anything at all about it.Food and DrinkBreakfast was provided each day, a selection of hot meats and eggs plus fresh backed pastries, breads and cakes. Beautiful homemade jams and marmalades and fresh orange juice. All delicious! The pool bar is lovely and reasonable priced the food is absolutely delicious, all home made and fresh- the pizzas are huge and delicious and can easily be shared! They also offer room service which we haven't used but what a treat! Cocktails really nice, fresh with premium spirits.PoolWe couldn't believe our luck- travelling in the middle of August and quite often we were the only ones at the pool! Zero issues with reserving sunbeds or anything like that. The pool area is lovely and clean including the toilets and showers. As I mentioned earlier pool towels are provided and can be changed as you wish. ServiceThe service here is impeccable, everyone is so friendly and can't do enough to help you. I feel like this holiday gave us everything we like from our usual resort holidays such as towels, lovely food and drinks, a modern clean and spacious villa whilst also having the freedom and space to be al a slower more relaxed pace and exploring the local area of Methoni. I've always associated self catering or bed and breakfast apartments with older more run down accommodations without the mod cons but this really does give the luxury of a new modern resort with the friendly service of a small family run setting. ????G?O??S ??????S, ?d???t?t?? at Niriides Luxury Villas, responded to this review We would like to thank you so much for your review.
