We had a fantastic stay at Xenios Apartments in Agios Nikolaos, Mani. The location is beautiful and peaceful, with wonderful views and the authentic charm of the Mani region. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. What made the experience especially memorable was the warm Greek hospitality. You truly feel welcomed and at home from the moment you arrive. It’s a perfect place to slow down, enjoy the sea, explore the beautiful villages of Mani, and experience the real Greece.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and authentic stay in Mani. We would definitely love to come back! ??????

The rooms were freezing cold and we had to ask for a duvet. The AC/heating was out if order and we didn’t get any help to fix the problem. It could be a language problem since the owners only speak German (and Greek), not English. And the don’t take credit card, only cash.
