  Great Hotel & Staff (except the manager/owner)

  Stayed for 6 nights in May. The hotelIs within the medieval city walls and has a lot of character and is within walking distance of all the town’s attractions.The room was spotlessly clean, and the private seating area outside each room was a real bonus. Breakfast was excellent, menu, rather than buffet, style due to the hotel only having 13 rooms.The staff were great, always friendly and chatty, especially the young guy who served breakfast most mornings (sorry didn’t get his name).The only negative was the blonde haired manager/owner (not exactly sure which she was). She was clearly full of her own importance and strutted around with a scowl on her face. Not once did we see her engage any of the guests and the first couple of mornings she completely ignored us when we said good morning (so we never spoke to her after that).As the manager/owner she should be setting an example to her team, but instead she could take a few lessons from them as regards customer service.That aside we had a great stay.   Superb quirky hotel

  Wow I loved this hotel deep in the centre of old Rhodes Town. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms were so cool. We arrived early but the staff were super friendly and checked us in after a glass of wine. Our room was one of the smaller ones with an arched stone ceiling really atmospheric. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and the coffee was the best I had all trip . All the staff were fabulous and so friendly. We stepped out of the door into the cobblestone streets and it was magical.   Perfect in every way

  Stayed here last night as a surprise for my Partners birthday, what can I say, it's in a fantastic location, everyone from the front of house to the cleaners are so friendly, welcoming & can't do enough for you, nothing is too much trouble. We stayed in a Deluxe Double Room with it's own terrace, the room isn't as small as what some people describe, it has everything you need and the terrace was perfect for sitting outside and enjoying a glass of wine away from the hustle & bustle on the streets below, the breakfast was enjoyable the next day, I highly recommend the place and too all the staff Yamas for a memorable stay.   Definitely stay at 10 GR hotel as you won’t be disappointed

  The hotel was very interesting with vaulted ceilings and an excellent location in the heart of the old town but what stood out was the staff.   Feel the history during your stay and don’t forget the try the yoghurt

  The historic rooms are a little small but very cosy and romantic… every room has is own place outside where you can sit and enjoy the sun or shadow. The location is in the middle of the old city which is perfect. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for children or disabled people, rooms don’t have a lot of space for them to move and there are no lifts. Rooms are upstairs. I can recommend their Greek yogurt for breakfast, nuts or fruits.. it doesn’t matter which one you chooose, they were insane tasty.
