Summary of our stay at Aiora this May

    rating30 May 2026

The best what can offer the hotel is the service - people! The personnel is very kind, helpful, always smiling, where ever you go. Special thanks for Urim, ladies from the pool bar and bartenders from the night bar! You are the best:) Otherwise, the hotel is clean, with very good meditteranian food (beside the breafast, where sweet part was from market; no fresh baking at place) and rich animation program - as well during the day and night time. Small and cosy hotel with entertainment on the level of big 5* hotel. Congratulations! We did not enjoy the location of the hotel - on the hill and main road. There is too much of concrete; missing of green areas. Restaurant a la carte with poor menu, little portions but nicely presented; eventhough we had all inclusive, we were supposed to pay for any drinks beside water - we do not recommend that restaurant! The daily one with buffet was much better. No sunbeds nor hotel area at the beach, you have to pass by another hotel to reach the beach. Great shops with good price around. One hour driving from the airport. The main pool quiet cold in May, but with very comfortable sunbeds, easily available every morning. The slides in the 2nd pool small (1 of 3 not working) rather for dlsmall kuds <9 years.

    Family holiday

    rating29 May 2026

We have just returned from an amazing stay at this resort. Our arrival was in the early hours and met with some confusion whilst checking in, night receptionist unable to confirm room numbers that were for a family room and single occupancy rooms, a light snack was left in the fridge should you want it.The rooms were large and comfortable, water was replenished when the bottle was left out and towels replaced daily. The only negative was amount of coat hangers and milk was not always replaced and often replaced with cream, bar staff happy to provide milk for a cuppa in the room. The food was of good quality and had everything you would expect from AI basis. Food was replenished and presentation maintained throughout service. The poolside snack area was excellent, freshly made pizza in particular was excellent. The poolside was clean and beds were very comfortable although, not enough resulting in the war of the towels- prepare for an early start however, plenty of avaliable beds in the water park area which is included in AI although food isn't included. Animation team excellent and fully inclusive to all our family members , a huge shout out to Willy, the star of the show. He clearly loves his job.The entertainment is a little inconsistent, sometimes on lower level other time on upper level, only 1 children's mini disco which consisted of a couple of songs. However, kids club fully accessible to use.The day time receptionist Penelope very helpful with how to travel, what to see , booking of taxis and on final day sharing the hotel has a new water filtration system meaning the water is safe to drink throughout the resort, this would have been good to know at check in or from Tui rep.Tui reps visited hotel but no welcome meeting, everything via the app.All in all, excellent value for money, an amazing week and would definitely recommend a visit.

A relaxing week, with friendly staff and clean hotel

    rating29 May 2026

We stayed at the Aiora for the last week of May 2026 as a family. We found all staff to be very friendly, helpful and approachable - from the bar team, restaurant staff, reception (in particular Penelope), and the animation team (special mention to Willy).Overall we had an excellent stay, the rooms (junior suites) we had were of a good size, and the facilties were good. 1 of our party had their water bottles refilled by the housekeeping team, and the other 2 rooms did not so we are not sure what the standard procedure is.We had a late check in and there was food in the fridge upon arrival as the restaurants had closed. The food was good, a mix of everything you'd expect for all inclusive. Catered for all ages and tastes. We ate in Flame restaurant once during our stay and the food and drinks were of a very high standard. There was a main restaurant, and pool snack bar during the day which served pizzas, pasta and salad. There are no ice creams or lollies for all inclusive around the pool, but they are sold in the shop on site. The hotel was very clean, and the staff worked hard to keep the standards high. We had a maintenance issue in 1 room and this was resolved quickly. Some constructive feedback would be:- there are a lot of steps, slopes and inclines on the walkways throughout the resort. This is unlikely to be suitable for those with mobility issues, and there are steps to get into the restaurant and no obvious accessibility options.- there are steps into the pools but no hand rail, and we witnessed a few people slip on the last steps when going into the pool (they were not injured), as they had miscalculated the last step.- there are no locks on the bathroom doors. This was not an issue for us, but may be for some.- the waterpark has signage on the gate that indicates an additional daily fee is required for adults and children to use the waterpark area. This is misleading as it is included in all-inclusive. Luckily we checked with reception so didn't lose out, but the sign could be off putting as it is unclear that additional costs don't apply for all inclusive guests.- evening entertainment could be improved and a daily children's disco. During our stay this was inconsistent.Overall, we had a lovely week and felt very welcomed by the staff. We would recommend this hotel for families and adults with children. The animation team and reception staff were very child friendly.

The review you're looking for !

    rating26 May 2026

Me and a friend stayed here for a week in May and we had a swim up room. Check in was quick and easy, it's worth noting that you pay roughly 70 euro tourist tax - you can pay card or cash. Our room was lovely, and was cleaned daily. The only little issues we had were that the bathroom would flood every time we had a shower, the shower could do with some TLC as there was a lot of build up, the "wardrobe" wasn't a wardrobe and the sink was in the bedroom. But these a small things and we easily overlooked these. I only mention them as we payed extra for the upgrade. Pool area is lovely, no complaints! You can go down at any time of day and a sun lounger will be free (time of year dependant I think) the animation team were wonderful and were a big highlight of our trip! Shoutout to Willy for nicknaming me angry bird lol - we looked forward to our conversations with him every day and having a laugh. Pool bar and snack bar were fine too, the only thing about the snack bar is it serves the same food every single day. Pizza and salad. The restaurant is ran so well. The staff in there can't do enough for you, greet you with a smile and take you plate quickly once you've finished. Food and drink were always lovely. The only real issue we had, was the lack of choice. This is not a great hotel for fussy eaters (not that we were!) there are only 2 hot plates that had a total of 6 dishes on them, and then the salad bar, bread etc, desert and then there's a section where they have fresh chicken, fish etc which they switch up each night. We just thought the selection was a little small for a nearly 5 star hotel. The beach is just under a 10 minute walk from the hotel, easy to get to. However, we only went the once as it was really dirty and rocky. Obviously this is not the hotels fault! It's good to go and see it, especially if you fancy some water sports - but one time was enough for us. The flames restaurant was brilliant! Excellent service and fabulous food. The cesear salad is easily one of the best I have had! And the complimentary wine was delicious. The only gripe we had was the portion sizes were tiny so we weren't quite full when we left.We asked for a late checkout, which was not available. However, the hotel were kind enough to give us a new doom until 5pm. It was a downgrade to what we had (it was just a standard room) but this didn't bother us at all as we only used it to shower and pack! We did find that some things in the standard room were actually better/higher quality than the swim up room. Such as the bathroom, balcony, vanity. This was slightly disappointing and we even said that if we ever came again, we wouldn't bother with the swim up room! Overall though, we had a lovely holiday and would definitely come back! The little things that we didn't like, didn't ruin the holiday at all as no where is perfect :) Thank you for a great stay
