707 rooms and 100 suites are available. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to surf the internet and catch up on email.     Hotel nice locationFood......... Same every day in all restaurants not good but edible.Beds comfy bonus, rooms good size.Staff hit and miss.Alinclusive drinks good, except if you want a cocktail then they are 🤮.Plus size plenty of sun beds and you don't have to get up at the crack of dawn to get the ones you want.Would I come back .......NoNo way on earth is this 5⭐On and the big one once youved checked in is ...... We just need your tax paying. ...€105 per room TUI kept that one quiet 🤬

    Location is good, close to airport and Rhodes Town as well as a few local shops, restaurants and water sports.Check in was fine, no luggage help to the room and the lifts (there are no stairs to get to the rooms) were often quite busy! Rooms are small, not enough storage at all! Double bed never had a bottom sheet that actually fitted it, and bedding was only changed once in the week we were there. Cleaning was average, floors weren't kept clean, it was very much surface level. We requested extra pillows 3 times before they arrived the day after. Fridge was regularly stocked and towels refreshed. Handy to get towels from the spa also. Pool areas were fairly clean but busy and felt a little manic. Food was ok, not as good as other hotels (even 4*) and the main restaurant got very busy, it wasn't a relaxing experience. Food was very samey each day and puddings didn't have an amazing selection. A lot of the food was quite salty, including the Tzaziki. There was a variety on offer but there were no theme nights or anything so the selection was pretty similar each day. Options for the speciality restaurants, but these were hard to book (we were told at check in that it was busy) but we tried Marco Polo (Italian) and it was a decent taster style menu. Pool bars were ok and beach bar was handy but very limited options there.Sunbeds went quite early in the morning (there were always beds available but a lot of them would be broken or not near the shade) despite the 'no reserving sunbed rule'. Beach was ok, the tunnel underneath the road to get there is handy but also smells and isn't the nicest walk and the wooden boards on the beach were quite wonky, broken and some areas had nails sticking out. Sunbeds were again often broken and there was often rubbish on the beach. Shame as a little further down there is a lovely section of the beach with wooden Sunbeds and cushions (which you would expect from a 5*)... Shop is handy, but you can walk a couple of minutes down the road and find multiple shops that are much cheaper! Water fountains are in a lot of the communal areas which is handy! Toilets are really lacking in communal areas so there are often long queues and the locks were often broken or the doors were frosted and/or had gaps so it didn't feel private. Entertainment was ok (variety show was fab!) nothing on Saturdays (fair- everyone needs a day off!) The indoor bar areas got quite busy as well, especially during evening entertainment. Staff were all really lovely and worked hard to keep things moving, but we did sometimes feel a little like cattle at meal times etc. We also felt quite hounded whilst there, with daily sales pitches from the photographers and spa staff, trying to get us to sign up.. this got quite irritating over the week, you couldn't walk into the restaurant without someone stopping you... Overall, hotel is more like a 4 star, and actually we have been to much better 4 star hotels (in terms of food, rooms, cleaning and sunbeds). Shame as we were hoping for more of a deluxe experience, but actually didn't get that at all and so likely wouldn't return. Top tip- we went to Dream Cream, which is a Gelato shop approx 20 mins along the seafront and this was a highlight of our trip! Valentinas Place is on the beach, almost opposite the hotel and had some amazing food! There is also an Indian/Chinese/Thai restaurant approx a 10 min walk which was nice. We felt the need to eat out for a bit of variety and for a more relaxing experience.

    I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Katerina and Maria. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome, relaxed, and completely at ease.Both therapists are highly skilled, professional, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Their attention to detail and ability to identify areas of tension was impressive, and the treatment was perfectly tailored to my needs. The massage was both deeply relaxing and incredibly effective, leaving me feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and free of the aches and stresses I had been carrying.The atmosphere was calm, clean, and peaceful, creating the perfect environment to unwind. Katerina and Maria’s warm personalities and caring approach made the experience even more special.I can honestly say this was one of the best massage treatments I have ever received. I would highly recommend Katerina and Maria to anyone looking for a professional, therapeutic, and truly exceptional massage experience. I will definitely be returning on my next visit.Thank you both for such an amazing treatment!
