  We visited for our annual class meeting. Great city, great hotel. Staff from reception to guest relation and finally restaurant were all awesome. The restaurant staff actually organized a birthday celebration for 4 of us who had birthdays in May.It was an unforgettable experience.   A Good Quality Resort in Kremasti

  Located on the beach side of Kremasti on Lalysos Blue Bay this good quality resort ticks most of the boxes to suit all guests. Rooms have recently been refurbished although as it's a Greece thing the beds are more than supportive. Some guests may say too supportive.Most customers seem to be on all inclusive packages from many European countries. All meals are buffet style in the Captain's restaurant. A good selection of food to suit all tastes is available at all meals. With salads available for both lunch and dinner and many hot selections. To keep a quality check it's not unknown for the restaurant manager to take a selection of food from the buffet and visit the chef to comment on the quality. Being all inclusive drinks are available to self serve in the restaurant or can be brought from the adjacent bar. Similarly breakfast has a vast selection of cereals and fruits, as well as cold and hot dishes. Even a Greek selection. A good selection of Greek dishes is available at both Lunch and Dinner as well as European dishes. So it would hard to find anything lacking at any meal. Bars open at 1030 and close late into the night. However all inclusives drinks stop at 2300 and then need to be paid for. Whilst there we had a visit from some German football fans who were trying to see how much drink was allowed in the offer of the Day. However their intake was controlled to a number for the Day. This is not unusual in all inclusive resorts. Some guests just don't seem to know when to stop.The resort has a spa offering a number of treatments at extra cost.The outdoor swimming pool opens at 1000 till 1830 with towels available from the spa. With some kids slides on offer and a separate pool area.Various evening organised entertainment is organised daily. It's not far to the beach if you want that offer and outdoor table tennis and outdoor games organised daily.Part of the complex can supply car hire from an on site contractor. With a beach hire not far away for the hire of various options like jet skies and theme boats.In all a good complex with plenty of food and drink choices. With as little or much activities available.Kremasti is fairly close to the main Rhodes airport but double glazing keeps the noise to acceptable levels.   Could have been a 5* … what a shame 😢

  Look at my helpful votes, vastly experienced traveller aged 50+ with family, believe my reviews !Booked last minute with First Choice, me, wife and two teenage daughters mainly because hotel so close to airport and my girls don’t like long transfers ! If you book with FC don’t pay for transfers, only €10 each way in taxi from outside airport!Hotel is spot on, although €160 room tax (2) for 8 nights grates although not hotels fault! Free aircon and safe which is a rarity, rooms modern by Greek standards with plenty of hot water for showers and water replenished by maid, supplied beach towels at spa.Pool area great with added bonus of 3 water slides and loads of sunbeds available at all hours, no need to wake up at 5am to reserve!Food at breakfast, lunch, dinner no complaints from any of us with plenty of variety and regularly replenished!Drinks self service at meals but bar service evening and during day at pool bar, shame … beer palatable but weak, rose wine drink of choice 🍷 Lots of cocktail choices included with AI but quickly made up by bar staff without too much care and attention 😢Reasons for dropping a star :- Emailed hotel with room request, no reply or acknowledgment and didn’t get the rooms we really wanted/required … poor- although choice of cocktails not great quality, pina colada at pool bar clear not milky white as it should be!- evening entertainment appalling. Karaoke, Greek night, bingo and repeat!! Management please pay for a decent act to come to the hotel to entertain your guests 😩 My girls were almost looking forward to bingo with promise of star prize free massage at spa worth €40… imagine my disgust when I approached the host and he told me there would be a cost of €5 per ticket … management are you aware that the entertainment team are charging €5 a ticket ??   DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! me my partner and 1 year old baby decided to book this hotel for 8 days holiday, we arrived to our room (which looked nothing like the pictures shown) no cot in the room for a baby was told at reception this was an extra charge (which is ridiculous) the lady showed us three other rooms with the pools they were moldy and smelt funny inside again not what is shown on the pictures, the pools looked filthy, we was only there for 3 hours until we booked another hotel as it was not as advertised, wouldn’t waste your money on this only to be disappointed.
