  Cramped rooms, difficult access, wifi slow cheeky check out instructions!

  This is above shops just off packed main shopping street with alot of steep stairs so not good access with heavy suitcases. Place was small and cramped. They don't allow suitcases to be stowed before of after check in. This is a hands off check in (NOT a fan) , the owner forgot to give us info to access the portal to get the key, had to call him which was annoying. kitchen not well no T towel, cleaning staff didn't speak English so difficult communication. Instructed to wash up, dispose of all rubbish and make sure floors are clean. This is VERY CHEEKY! doesn't leave you feeling good with that attitude. I informed Hotels.com of their check out instructions and I was told NOT to do it and they apologised and were going to talk to them! Wifi very slow ..

  The appartment is in a good location in the old town. Easy to find and get to main attractions. Communication and responsiveness by management not great - slow to reply and not particularly helpful or accomodating. Clean. Beds not super comfortable.

  Great location, clean and comfortable apartment – a hidden gem!

  Alley7 is a hidden gem in the best location possible! It's right in the middle of everything but still in a quiet alley. Just next to all attractions, shops, cafes, and restaurants. The supermarket is also around the corner.We were travelling with a group of 6 persons (2 adults and kids 18, 17, 15, and 12). We had a one-bedroom apartment and another with two bedrooms. This was a great solution for us. Everything was very clean, the beds comfortable, and the roof terrace is fun when having a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. It was also great that the apartments have washing machine!Would recommend to anyone. We really loved our stay!

  Central and quiet

  The apartment is in a top location in the old town, in the middle of all the action but - tucked away in a little sidestreet and with double-glazing and shutters - is quiet and peaceful. The decor is stylish and modern and the place is spacious. The roof terrace offers views over the town's rooftops as well as various types of seating but no shade. A couple of points on the negative - no coffee or tea provisions at ALL, which is an absolute first that I've experienced in accommodation of any type, nor a single welcome bottle of water in the fridge in a country where it's not uncommon for tap water to be non-potable - disappointing when the room rate was the highest we've paid in Greece. Another annoying thing was the lack of a soap dish or liquid handwash meaning setting the cake of soap on the vanity top and water running onto the floor.

  Perfect choice in old town

  Beautiful boutique apartment in the center of the old town. The host was very friendly and helpful, whenever we called him. There is also a roof top for guests. Everything is near and almost 15 minutes from the new town of Rhodes. Tilemachos Stergenakis, Owner at Alley7, responded to this review Thank you for your review.
