This hotel lies directly beside Faliraki's sprawling sand/ pebble beach, approximately 3 km from the centre of Faliraki. Countless shopping venues as well as restaurants and bars are situated a mere 200 m from the hotel and links to the public transport network are to be found directly out front. Diagoras Rodos airport is 20 minutes drive from the hotel.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 4 suites, 126 studios and 612 double rooms located in a 7-storey main building and a 4-storey auxiliary building. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and German-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The bungalow complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Bicycles can be kept in the bicycle storage area.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. There are indoor and outdoor pools and a children's swimming area. Pure relaxation in the hot tub, fun on the waterslide and refreshing drinks at the pool bar – guests will experience just how rich and varied a day in the water can be. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. The complex offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including tennis, bocce, beach volleyball, crazy golf, golf, archery and paragliding. With water skiing, windsurfing, paddle boating, banana boat rides, canoeing, snorkelling, diving, water aerobics and aquafit available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts, yoga and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the complex, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a café and a bar. The non-smoking restaurant provides high chairs for children. All-inclusive can be booked. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The complex offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Another amazing vacation

    This was our 3rd visit in as many years .we rarely go back to the same place twice let alone three / four times but again we made this amazing hotel an exception. Rooms are comfortable and looked after/cleaned each day . Food in the buffet restaurant is fantastic especially for my grandson who has a nut allergy , the chef came out every meal and personally showed us what food was safe for him to eat. The al a cart restaurants are also good. The children are happy with everything especially the water park , the snack bar there is looked after by the fabulous Aida was great, and the children felt grown up because they were served by her at the counter . The entertainment was adequate at night , but would suggest maybe a quiz or bingo on cold/rainy nights inside . Anyway we cannot wait to return in 4 weeks to this wonderful hotel and also see the staff who we now regard as friends 😁

    Great hotel. Food was really good. Night entertainment could have been better. Most nights went to Faliraki as hotel was not up to much in the way of good entertainment.

    From the minute we arrived we were in awe of the hotel.The family room of 4 is something we have never stayed in before with stunning views over the sea.Beds were massive and very comfy.All inclusive food was not notch with plenty of options every day.Snack bar had gyros and burgers everyday with chicken nuggets for the kids.Plenty of desserts to choose from.Pool was massive and very well designed.Kids area in the pool.Gym wasn't bad and had most things to get you through a quick holiday workout.Kids pool looked very good, though the lazy pool just took you whatever way the wind was blowing. This wasnt very good.Also the slides were all very good but they only had 1 /4 slides open at a timeWe were there in the last week of closing so that might have something to do with the slides.I wouldn't say it ruined our stay but we only had the full holiday experience for 2 days before they started closing things down as it was the last week.The health bar closedA few days later the adult only bar closed.But what got us the most was the snack bar and crepe bar closed with 2/3 days to go and the crepe bar was queued everyday and very popular. But I don't think justified losing a star rating as the overall experience was very good.Again as it was the last week, there was no rush in the morning for a sunbed. This was so nice to relax in the morning. Staff were super friendlyWee shop seemed to have plenty in it but there is a large supermarket 100 yards away.Entertainment at night was your normal cheesy hotel entertainment.All in all.     Great hotel, great food and pool but the rooms are so small… according to their site it’s 23 mr but it felt like 15-17 mr. I was there for a company vacation.
