    Another amazing Holiday Village stay

    We’ve just returned from an amazing 11-night stay at Atlantica Holiday Village.We travelled as a family of four (two adults, a 10-year-old and an 8-year-old), and the kids were never bored thanks to the wide range of activities on offer.Our daughter loved kids’ club, the high ropes, pool parties and evening shows, while our son was all about football academy, the water park and the sports activities.The ‘Purples’ team really made the holiday. Special thanks to Carter at the football academy - we’d met him at Cyprus Aliathon Holiday Village last year, and he was just as brilliant here. Huge thanks as well to Ruby for making Oscar and Amelia’s holiday so fun and memorable, you’re smashing your first season. Also a big shout-out to Gilb, Kayleigh, Anna, Hannah and Sophie - all fantastic.Every member of staff we encountered, from restaurants and bars to reception and housekeeping, was friendly, helpful and attentive. Special mention to Sofia and Lina on the Cosmopolitan breakfast team; their service and smiles were the perfect start to each day.We stayed in the Deluxe area, where the room was lovely and cleaned daily with fresh towels provided.We made use of all the pools. The Activity pool is lively and busy, while the Deluxe and Relax pools offer a quieter escape. There’s also a smaller heated pool for younger children.The food was very good, in our opinion what you’d expect from an for all-inclusive. We particularly enjoyed the Italian and American à la carte restaurants.There isn’t much to do in the surrounding Kolymbia area at the moment, although there is ongoing development. That said, it didn’t impact us as we were more than happy staying within the resort.Overall, another fantastic TUI Holiday Village experience, we highly recommend. Thank you everyone!

    I did not pay for this. This is absolutely terrible, when we came we went to eat lunch like we always do when we arrive at the hotels we are on me and my family. I looked around and saw the most boring food and cold dry food, as usual lunch might not always be the best at hotels but the dinner was the exact same. Pure dryness and small amounts of food were served. The dirtyness was unbelievable and absolutely disgusting, when we tried to get glasses to drink of they were pure dirt and filthy with fingerprints everywhere. For the amount of money I payed for this i am so disappointed. The kids show startes right when you have to eat dinner and it is extremely loud and overwhelming.
