  **A perfect 30th birthday stay**We stayed for my daughter’s 30th birthday with a group of 10 adults and 7 children of all ages. We booked several rooms plus the signature villa and the whole experience was fantastic.The staff were outstanding from start to finish. Despina and Irani at reception was always available and proactive - luckily we had no issues, but it was reassuring to know she was there if we needed anything. In the grill and Italian restaurants, Jani and the team went above and beyond. Most of our group are vegetarian and they catered for us brilliantly with no fuss at all. Pool staff and the restaurant waiters were consistently polite and attentive.Manager at main restaurant made sure we had a big table so we call could sit together, ladies at the entrance of main restaurant always greeted everyone with a pleasant and welcoming smile. Special mention to the concierge manager, Alexdro, who was around all day checking in with guests and making sure everyone was happy.We all had a great, memorable stay and would absolutely recommend it.

  This is our sixth visit, but certainly not our last

  We stayed at the Atrium Prestige in Lachania for the sixth time this past May, and we were not disappointed in the slightest. We arrived very late in the evening. For years, we’ve been renting a car right at the airport at Marathon Car Rental, since we like to be mobile on the island and the hotel is located in a very idyllic but secluded spot in the south. When we entered the lobby, we were greeted by Irini and Fotis at the front desk. It felt more like meeting up with friends again. From the very first moment, we felt right at home. Our room was very clean and was thoroughly cleaned every day. The next morning, we were warmly welcomed by Serxhina in the restaurant. Our daughter took an instant liking to her. You can tell she’s a mom herself. It was truly wonderful to see how much genuine warmth she showed us every morning. Many thanks to Elena and Jorgos, who are incredibly attentive. Starting on the second day, we didn’t even have to order drinks for breakfast anymore, as Elena brought us the latte macchiato and black coffee right away. That’s truly 5-star service. In the three restaurants on the pool level, Jani keeps things running and seems to be everywhere at once. I don’t even want to know how many kilometers he and his team cover each day. And yet Jani always has a smile on his face and a kind word ready. And that’s seven days a week. You can tell he enjoys his work and genuinely loves seeing guests again. Jani’s team is great. We’ve stayed with him several times, and he’s never had any trouble accommodating our special requests. That’s just great. Thank you also to Eleni from the Front Desk and Kristina from Guest Relations.The staff mentioned are also one reason why we’ve spent six vacations here over the past 10 years. We missed Operations Manager Katerina this year. She struck up a conversation with everyone and asked everyone if everything was to their satisfaction. She had great tips and worked behind the scenes to add the finishing touch to what was already a perfect vacation. We really missed her. We greatly appreciate the friendly yet professional atmosphere at this hotel, and this certainly won’t be our last vacation here.For the end of May, the unheated pools were already relatively warm. We had a great time relaxing in our pool hammock in the heated open-air pool. Even on our sixth stay, we were absolutely not disappointed and say: Ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ! (Thank you very, very much!)

  We arrived at night and with Mr Fotis welcoming we already started to settle in, in the morning at breakfast we met the lady's and gentleman who served food and drinks at main restaurant in special Penelope and Elena who for the entire duration of our holiday has been serving and make us feel at home , after breakfast we went at the beach and meet Theodosis,Rafael,Franko,Nikos,Dimitris , They make sure that we always had everything we need in time no matter what!!!On Thursday on our stay we wanted to visit the Old Town and Lindos, but for that we rent a car from Marathon rent a car with Ianis as representatives, and guide us what to do and the car suites us, I cud talk about this experience for days to come but I will let you go and enjoy this little paradis place!!!I big THANK YOU for all I meet at this resort!!!   We have just returned from an 11 night holiday at the Atrium Prestige and our first visit to Greece and its islands after 40 years of holidaying, and what a great choice we made.This hotel is amazing, believe all the 5* reviews and the wonderful comments they are spot on. All the staff are exceptional from the bell boys when you arrive to Despina and Paola on Reception who made us so welcome after the long coach trip from the airport and an extra special thanks to Despina for her swift responses and help to my emails in the run up to our arrival and for meeting my room request it couldn’t have been better. So many thank you’s and mentions to make for all the wonderful staff who made our holiday special but first up must be our fantastic room maid Annita who works so very hard and does an exceptional job and who had to put up with my terrible attempts to learn basic Greek phrases and putting me right accordingly 🤣. Also all those members of staff who work behind the scenes and tend to be overlooked; the cleaners, maintenance and garden staff, kitchen staff, who all greet you with genuine warmth and a cheery smile and a hearty ‘Kalimera’ when your paths cross.Yes the food and facilities are top notch as are all the staff and managers who run who run the various restaurants, I can’t really add to the countless plaudits already detailed on Trip Advisor but our standouts were:-Lachania/Prestigio/ Grill Corner Restaurants - JANNI, the epitome of how to deliver 1st class customer service with genuine warmth and a smile to match (where does this man get his energy from to run 3 restaurants at the same time) along with his team of Evangalos, Kiriaki and Kiriakos.Pool Bar - Voula and her team particularly Denis, Aggalos and Kristian. We loved our afternoon tipples and banter with the boys. What can I say Denis except ‘ PolyKilla’, 🤣🤣. I’ll get the language sorted for my next visit don’t worry.Main Restaurant - the three front of house ladies Serhxina, Konstantinos and Elena, always a warm welcome and smile and a hug from Serhxina, you can tell she’s Janni’s wife as she exudes the same customer service ethos. Also our main breakfast waiter Demetrius, calm relaxed and personable, does a great job without any fuss.Main Bar - Zina, so cheery and full of life.Mini Bar - Our daily mini bar man Mark, again so cheerful and pleasant, always smiling.The above were just some of our favourites who perhaps we interacted most with but no doubt the same plaudits would apply to the all boys and girls at the bars, and restaurants, the Gelateria and not forgetting the shop staff either, all first class.To finish all I would say is come and stay and see for yourself, you won’t regret it.Oh one final thing to mention, if you like your food and drink my advice would be to treat yourself to the AI premium, it’s amazing value.Thanks to all at the Atrium Prestige for a truly memorable and most enjoyable vacation 😘.
